I called back and again confirmed with you that I would have female technicians. I asked you specifically who my services were with and you told me Bridgette, Christine, and Lydia. When I got to the spa for my appointment, to my surprise I had a man for my facial which I specifically did not want. You also changed my other technicians! As a previous managing aesthetician and spa receptionist I am very disappointed in my experience here. You should take female requests seriously especially when these requests could be because of a person's religion or trauma! Thanks a lot!
