Great staff very professional and our son loved it there. We can only hope to find another day care as good as LT in our new neighborhood.

Also, we loved EZ Cam feature and being able to be a part of our son's life in such a way, was incredibly reassuring to us as parents.

Rarely, have I witnessed a production so elaborate this side of Broadway. He cried most mornings before school and begged us not to go. We later saw Ms. Laisha and Ms. Wessal yelling at toddlers--aggressive, loud, and completely inappropriate. One of them even physically shoved our son in front of us. We raised our concerns with the franchise owners, Kinjal Parekh and Tina Patel, and were told we were "too picky." Their response wasn't to investigate or support our child--it was to suggest we leave. The front office staff, Ms. Ada and Ms. Kathryn, offered vague responses and no follow-through. We asked for documentation and staff qualifications and were met with deflection or silence. Other parents have had similar experiences--and some were asked to sign nondisclosure agreements. That should alarm anyone considering this school. We filed a complaint with the state and removed our child immediately. He still talks about the fear he felt in that classroom. This school failed our family. Please think twice before sending your child here.

The center is unique because of its hospital affiliation providing high quality training to the educators and nurturing care to all children. It is also NAEYC accredited. The center is open all year round except for major holidays and provides before and after care programs. Each classroom has certified teachers and aids who provide exceptional care from infancy to kindergarten and offer camp in the summer. Currently, two of my children are enrolled in the child care center and this past June my oldest graduated from kindergarten. My youngest is currently enrolled in the infant classroom. The supervising teacher Debi ( baby whisperer) and all her staff are AMAZING and help foster a nurturing, loving and safe environment for my baby. When my baby started daycare she would not sleep in a crib at home and only slept in a recliner, Debi and her staff transitioned her to sleep in a crib in ONE week. I can't thank them enough! The child center also helped facilitate toilet training with my first and second children, I couldn't do it without their help. The child center also offers recreational activities such as ballet, hip hop dance, soccer, tennis, computers and swimming which my girls enjoyed very much. They also go on field trips to an apple orchard, Liberty Science Center, and to see a Play. The facility is very clean and safe and the office staff ( Helen, Marie, Anna, Anitha and director/principle Dr. Avonia Richardson-Miller) are always so helpful and pleasant and have always adressed any concerns I had. The kindergarten program is one -of-a-kind, the teacher Miss Erin is amazing!!! She is so passionate about teaching and she engages her students, making learning enjoyable and fun. Miss Erin has provided a great foundation for my daughter, and because of her, my daughter is confident and has excelled as a student. Miss Erin is the most organized and talented teacher you will ever meet . I would highly recommend KWJ for kindergarten to every parent. The staff is dedicated to providing high quality child care services. I always felt my kids were in great hands; greatly cared for in a loving and nurturing environment. The staff at KJW are like family who have had such a great impact on my children's lives . God bless the all for such excellent care.

Jump has immediately offered just that. She is welcomed with joy and enthusiasm every single day and I've never once questioned whether my daughter is in good hands or not. While I'm not discounting the negative reviews you may find here, I think an account of a negative experience with a specific teacher shouldn't hinder you from finding out more about Jump!

I sent my two daughters to this school. They were in pre-school 2.5 and 3. The first thing that…read moremade me feel something was wrong was the abnormally high teacher turnover (7 different teachers in less than a year). Granted this was during COVID but none of the other schools had such a high turnover. It was also messy, disorganized and their communication was horrible. I think could have lived with all that. However, my 3 year old came home with a black eye one day. She told me that "Ms Yin Li kicked her in the face with her foot because she was angry that she would not fall asleep during nap time". When I called the school the next day to ask what happened, the principal, owner and other staff, tried to give me 100 theories as to what could have happened to her (she must have bumped herself against the cot, she probably hit herself against the bench because kids fight for the red bench, it happened outside of school, etc) instead of focusing on what my child was saying, that the teacher kicked her because she wouldn't nap. I tried to have the school press charges against Yin Li, but she also had already resigned and they told me it was "too late" (maybe 5 weeks had passed since the incident) so I decided to file a complaint with the state's Department of Children and Families (which came back inconclusive but at least I reported and recorded the incident). Please don't send your kids to this place, there are other much better schools in the area. I met up with one of the parents a few weeks ago and about 80% of the kids moved on to other schools as well.

From the very beginning, Candyland Academy in Edison understood my concerns and made every effort to reassure me through their care, patience, and communication. That level of compassion meant a lot to me as a parent. The staff is kind, patient, supportive, and genuinely caring toward the children. If my daughter misses even one day, her teachers check in to make sure she is okay, which speaks volumes about how attentive and invested they are. The environment itself is wonderful -- the play area feels magical for children, and they offer so many engaging summer activities that keep the kids learning, growing, and excited to attend. One of the things that impressed me most was the developmental growth I saw in my oldest daughter. In one summer at Candyland Academy, she made more progress developmentally than she had during previous summers attending district summer school programs. They even helped potty train her. The way they teach and interact with the children feels like a combination of OT, ABA, social development, and hands-on learning all wrapped into one supportive environment. Academically, I'm also very impressed with what my 2-year-old is exposed to. They bring in guest speakers, such as dentists teaching the children how to properly brush their teeth, and they create meaningful learning experiences that focus on the whole child -- academically, socially, emotionally, and developmentally. Candyland Academy truly is a hidden gem. My children love it there, and as a parent, I am incredibly grateful for the care, love, and learning they have received.
