Title: Extremely Disappointed - Unacceptable Treatment by Security I have worked as a concierge on the Las Vegas Strip for 22 years and currently sit on the board of the Southern Nevada Concierge Association. I am very familiar with hospitality standards in this city, which is why I am beyond appalled at the treatment my family received during my brother's wedding at The Little White Chapel. We had arranged transportation that included limousines and a party bus. Our party bus briefly parked near the chapel for guest drop-off. Immediately, the on-site security guard began aggressively yelling at our drivers, using vulgar and inappropriate language. Instead of calmly directing traffic, he escalated the situation with hostility. As a result, our guests -- dressed in formal wedding attire -- were forced to walk nearly a block and a half. The tone and language used toward both the drivers and our family members was completely unacceptable. This is not how you treat wedding guests on what should be one of the most special days of their lives. When asked his name, the security guard clearly stated, "My name is Edward. Please make sure you have it correct." Now, whether that is his real name, I do not know -- but that was the name he provided. When I personally asked him why he was speaking to people in such a disrespectful manner, his response was, "If you don't like it, you could've chose another place to go to." That statement alone speaks volumes about the level of professionalism being displayed. In today's economy, with a noticeable decrease in visitors and revenue across the Las Vegas Strip, businesses cannot afford to have representatives treating paying guests in this way. Word travels fast in this city -- especially within the hospitality and concierge community. We are already in the process of advising our clients not to book here and explaining exactly why. When we attempted to address the situation with other employees, they were clearly very busy and unavailable to discuss the matter. I understand that operations can get hectic, especially at a high-volume wedding chapel. However, when concerns cannot be addressed in person, guests are often left with no choice but to express their experience publicly through reviews and social media. We absolutely have the right to speak truthfully about how we were treated. Weddings are emotional, meaningful events. People spend very good money for the Las Vegas wedding experience, and every part of that experience -- including security -- should reflect professionalism and respect. Because of this incident, I cannot in good conscience continue referring guests from the hotels I work with to this chapel. One individual's behavior can significantly damage a business's reputation. Until meaningful changes are made regarding security and guest treatment, I do not recommend this facility. read more

The chapel itself is so adorable and the grounds are as well. However I would stray away from using their photographers and their contracted hair and makeup artists. I would also not count on great communication. It took 1-3 emails to actually get an answer on things before my wedding. Al was our photographer and he took almost every picture at a bottom to top angle as if he was sitting on the ground. He kept insisting we leave our "just married" sunglasses on and that my bouquet needed to be in every shot, so we have very little "normal" pics. I was very disappointed in the photos we received back. I paid an extra $200 for 30 minutes of photo coverage from them. The hair and makeup artists seemed very low quality. I had to ask my makeup artist to fix my makeup 3 times, she had multiple references and it was still nothing like those pictures. My hair artist did ok on my hair but it was not like the reference pictures at all. I paid an extra $285 before tip for these services. Additionally, the minister was literally telling us what to do during the ceremony, it was so awkward. My whole video is him saying "now get closer the kiss is coming" "put your bouquet on the table" "now you're going to turn this way and walk this way". So weird and unnatural. Overall a cute place to get married but do NOT pay for their extra services, hire your own vendors. read more

My nephew and his bride were married here this past weekend. It was so much fun! All they had to do was show up. The little white chapel has everything covered, you can even buy your rings here! The Little White Chapel, The Tunnel of Love (which is the drive through in the pink Cadillac), Gazebo, & Chapel Amore. Originally I really wanted the Gazebo, but since it was during the winter time, I decided to do The Little White Chapel. Everything was going smoothly until I realized I had more than 20 guest coming which wouldn't fit. Luckily they were able to accommodate & upgraded me to the Chapel Amore which has more seating. It's actually way more beautiful than the photos! It has more of that "VEGAS VIBE" I was going for. Plus the gold & red theme really helped my white dress pop. Our Elvis was hilarious & was a whole mood. He made us laugh, made us Aww, & made the special moments memorable all at once. Our guest loved him. I would do it all over again. The coordinator was on top of everything & it all went smoothly. I was so nervous, but she helped me through it. After everything was done, we were given a 3-4 minute slot to take pictures with the famous pink Cadillac! Make sure you request this when you first book, & then confirm it again when you check in. The location had parking and enough space for guest to enjoy the wedding. The wheelchair accessible building was a must for us. I'm writing this review with careful consideration because, while there were some positive parts of our experience, there were also several areas that could be improved -- especially for such an important day. Communication through email prior to our ceremony was good. However, I do wish I had been offered options such as a bouquet or a photo package upgrade. I mentioned wanting a picture package shortly after arrival and understand that photographers are on call and not always on the property, but clearer communication about available add-ons ahead of time would have been helpful. The front desk receptionist did not need to be overly enthusiastic, but her energy felt very neutral, almost as if it were just an ordinary day. As a bride, I hoped to feel a little more welcomed and celebrated. At one point, while my witness was signing paperwork and my attention was elsewhere, she spoke to me without ensuring I knew she was addressing me. I had to ask her to repeat herself because I wasn't aware she was talking to me. We had a fairly large group, and I was not informed that purchasing an additional 15 minutes of photography was an option. Because this was not offered, the photographer did not have enough time to capture everything we wanted. because the photographers are technically on call the photographer photographed us something else he had to attend. It was not his fault, but he had to rush us. Which is not fair to the photographer himself. He didn't even let us tip him, but he should not have to sacrifice because of lack of communication on that little white chapels end. How they noticed that we did not have a bouquet or a photo package. They could've suggested it, and we could've called the photographer in a timely manner. On a positive note, the minister was kind and played my requested song during the ceremony. He made an effort to incorporate personal details I wanted included, which I truly appreciated. I would recommend that The Little White Chapel improve organization and communication so that brides and grooms clearly understand what to expect and are not left waiting in the lobby for the 30 minutes they should've incorporated that time to arrange things and not rush. Last minute requests. The chapel itself is very cute and has great potential for beautiful photos, and I only wish more of the location had been incorporated into our pictures. This is a "get in and get out" place lol I appreciate the efficiency! You book ahead and they let you know when to get there. There is a check in counter across the venue and then the event happens on time. The officiant (Connor) was very nice and helped take some pics. Wedding: May 2025 Photography/videography: Beware if you have your own photographer they make things more difficult and complicated. The website states that you can walk the premises if the location is rented but that was a lie. After our ceremony we went outside and this employee told us we couldn't be outside of the rented gazebo, and told us to leave since the ceremony was complete. As we're leaving we saw people in the same spot we were and even getting on top of the statues and they didn't get told anything. The videographer through the chapel sucks. No editing done and the quality is better on a cell phone. Not worth the $150. Parking is trash. Someone illegally parked next to us practically blocking us in and the passengers couldn't get in the car. The officiant: very friendly person but instead of telling us how the ceremony would go he was coaching us through the ceremony. "Now do this, stand here, give her a hug, kiss again, etc." it was frustrating and the video captures all of that. I highly recommend doing a quick 3-5min rehearsal before the ceremony so its not awkward. The venue gets 1 star because of how well known it is, but i am sure you can find a better chapel that doesn't treat you like a paycheck. Final piece of advice: Your tip will determine how quickly the officiant files your paperwork. read more

Reviewing the experience as a guest, hopefully this is helpful! I loved it, but here's what I would want to know as a potential bride or groom. When guests get there, there is a waiting area to the side of the parking lot. It's a small space without much signage and there will likely be other weddings going on, so if guests aren't familiar, this would be a helpful heads up. There is, as I recall, only 1-2 benches for older folks and at high noon, not a ton of shade, so be forewarned if it's a hot day. After the wedding ahead disperses (you will see other wedding groups), guests are ushered in to the chapel space. It's up one flight of stairs. I am not sure if there's an elevator. It seems from photos that there are a few chapel areas-- my party was in the one with red carpet that's across the driveway area from the Cadillac photo op area. The chapel is small. The seats are loveseats that can only fit two adults. The seats are really charming, but they are vintage and embrace their age. I want to say there was seating for around 20 people? Some space to stand to the side, but not a lot. Elvis was amazing and a truly talented officiant! Great voice, good stage presence, great crowd work. Really brought energy and passion. The ceremony was fast, but not rushed. Kitsch but not over the top. He took time with group photos and was really attentive and present. Afterward, the crowd is ushered out to make way for the next wedding. There is limited space outside, so we quickly got group Lyfts back to the Strip. Be advised that the surrounding walkable area is not as dense as the Strip and there wasn't an obvious social area like a bar or restaurant within easy walking distance. The chapel is closer to the Arts District and Fremont, but will still need transportation. (Both areas will likely be much easier to find group reservations than the Strip, btw.) Amazing experience overall! But if I were a bride/groom, I would pay extra attention to making sure guests have sunscreen, shade umbrellas, and water in high heat days, and designate someone for elderly guests. Also, set clear plans for what to do after the ceremony as the couple takes photos. Truly a fun, unique experience and the guests of all ages loved it. read more

DO NOT BOOK HERE! I booked, signed my contract, paid my deposit then asked what time I should be there since the photo package I chose came with a mini session before the ceremony. My planner said that's not included to which I replied it stated so on their website. They told me it would not be honored and took it off the website! What? I already signed my contract but you can just remove things from the package I agreed to? I'm booking my wedding almost 2 years in advance which leaves a lot of time for them to change their packages. I'm not willing to risk showing up and finding out I'm getting way less than what I paid for. I had already been looking at other venues because of the terrible customer service service I had received trying to get booked. Everything about the booking process feels rushed like you're an inconvenience and they wanna hurry up and get you off the phone. The ceremony itself is the same since they want you in and out in 15 min, not interested. I cancelled and ended up booking with Vegas Weddings and they were so sweet and I got everything I want including limo transportation for $600 less than what I was gonna pay with these guys. The experience was fun, and it was quick. The service not so much. From first walking in, the lady was like "oh you're late." Well they had no parking and we had to park down the street to walk to the chapel, even though that only caused us to be 5 minutes late. Then I noticed it says a 19% fee will be added after your event to accommodate cleaning and maintenance. We had an outdoor Cadillac wedding and literally we sat in the car and you're going to tell me a wipe down is going to cost that much. None of our guests had a place to sit, and they all had to stand, so I don't know why we would had to pay for extra guests if they aren't even given anywhere to sit. Also, Elvis didn't even allow us time to take photos or enjoy the moment 1 minute. Immediately he hands you your papers and an envelope for his tip money and stands there until you give it back to him. We paid $300 for Elvis to sing, you'd think that would be enough. I mean it was only a 6 minute ceremony and he doesn't sing the full songs either. I would say the only thing I was happy about was our family being present, and how quick the ceremony is. Everything else, I would say wasn't worth the $700..that doesn't include the 19% that I'm waiting to see on my charges. read more

My twin brother and I did a double Vegas wedding, and we both got married at A Little White Wedding Chapel. It was fun. I wanted inside the church and my brother wanted outside in the Cadillac. So, the venue accommodated for both of our needs. We had some immediate family present for support. But not a lot. Which is what my brother and I wanted. Complete pros, including Elvis! Ok, my spouse and I have been together for over 20 years and just wanted a basic tie-the-knot ceremony- figured a trip to Vegas would suffice. Via the internet, we ordered the basic, cheap package. Almost immediately I received email and text solicitations from one of their 'planners'...what kind of flowers, how about photography, catering, how many guests, etc. It kinda felt like a Cham-wow kinda follow-up (to be fair- this is their business, they would be negligent if they didn't follow up...). As my spouse and I are both over 60 years old, we were not like 21 year olds...we really saw no need for a big wedding and attendance by a bunch of acquaintances that one of us may not really like (does that happen re in-laws?!) Anyhow we selected an Elvis impersonator minister to officiate (great guy- ask for Joey Franklin), and added the basic photography option - I did all this 2 days before the ceremony, planner Sarah was effective and we were pleased to note when meeting her face-to-face that she was charming, gracious, and personable. Conclusion- a video taped Elvis officiated ceremony that could be viewed on a Johnny Carson show (Jimmy Fallon?), very fun, pics and video set to music with their applicable backdrops, props, music- I'm certain that one could not duplicate the quality provided even if one spent 5x and had a personal photographer.... Our $299 basic package turned into about $1700 . You'll have email ready, entertaining super high quality media for your friends and family...(note-they have numerous video cams through the venue, so your video will have compelling changing viewpoint perspectives-like seeing yourselves on a professionally directed and produced tv show) I could easily imagine spending 10-15k with other 'typical' wedding event planners and getting a product not even on the same planet, quality-wise. We do! We did! We Eloped!!!! We got married at the walk up drive-thru window, just the two of us. It was perfect for us and exactly what we wanted!! Our minister was so sweet and we loved him. Our photographer was our witness. If we could change one thing.. we would have hired an outside photographer because it was expensive through the chapel and we knew before we even saw the pictures they weren't going to turn out how we wanted because he didn't listen to us. We ended up taking our own pictures on our phones and they came out cute as ever!! When we got our pictures back .. Held our Renewal of Wedding Vows (on our 35th anniversary) at Little White Chapel. The whole experience was amazingly wonderful. The planner (Sonia) did a great job preparing all aspects of the ceremony. Everything went very smoothly with no issues. Hair/Make-up came to our hotel (The Venetian), this made my wife feel very special. Photographer did a great job. Over 100 photo's. 'Elvis' was awesome. We picked this location for several reasons. So many celebrities have been married here, great reviews, several Options to chose from and just overall great vibes just on the website. Staff on the phone were amazing and helped us find a last minute photographer as well. We were married by a female and I don't remember her name but she was an absolute pleasure to work with. I loved the whole process of planning with them my only reason for leaving 3 stars is the makeup I paid for a makeup artist because I didn't want to risk messing it up if I did it myself. Turns out I should've just done my own makeup up at the studio. The makeup artist was nice soft spoken but did a terrible job I hated my look and asked her to fix it in some spots but it was awful she was not prepared for my skin tone or face structure and can't contour at all my nose looked like an animal crossing character. Save your money and time for your special day and skip the makeup artist they offer. She didn't even like the makeup she did on me she just didn't have the skills to do more than one look. Renewals need a copy of your marriage certificate. Show up 10 minutes prior to your time, sign in and off you go. Ceremony was 15 minutes long. Took pictures for a few minutes.
