I just wanted to send a huge thank you to Bianca & Melanie for making my wedding day so special. My new husband and I had our wedding ceremony this past Saturday at Treasure Island. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the ladies there, especially Bianca. She was just so sweet, welcoming and very helpful throughout the entire process. Thanks to those wonderful ladies, I had absolutely no stress when it came to the arrangements for my big day. Being in a few of my friend's weddings, the day of is usually very stressful for the bride. I can honestly say, I had NO stress on my big day. I would also like to thank Pastor Mike. All of my guests came up to me and commented on how beautiful our ceremony was. I know I will continuously look back on my big day and remember how effortless and beautiful it was, all thanks to the wedding staff at TI. Our photographer, also named Mike, did an amazing job of capturing some beautiful images of our wedding. Treasure Island's chapel is located on the 2nd floor along with their photo studio and photo shop located right next door. Everything went according to plan. The decor was on point, the pastor was friendly & explained everything clearly, the coordinating staff was also super helpful & helped put on our boutonniere's & supplied tissues to individual persons. Being that we had "extra unexpected" guest show up (chapel seats about 65) they did everything possible to accommodate them, including leaving the chapel doors open during the ceremony. Their photographer Anthony was awesome. Funny personality & short in height hahaha, but they go hand in hand. He took great pictures, wasn't impatient & snapped A LOT of pictures including group & private ones (in their back studio). He also explained when & where we could come back to look at our pictures I'm glad the wifey did the research on this one because based on their Yelp reviews the Chapel has received average ratings. I had a great experience & would recommend it to my friends & family. I got married in this chapel, of course it was not my first choice.. I would have prefered Bellagio or The Venetian chapels, but given the prices of those and my budget the Treasure Island was the best choice, so I do highly recommend it, the staff was really friendly and the flowers beautiful. I got the LEGACY WEDDING CEREMONY Package and was worth every penny, Cashman does your Photos they take ALOT of them during and after the ceremony, then when you are all done they make an apointment with you (if you will be in the city next day) so you can go and choose ur pics, of course you can buy extras but wow are they pricey (average $15 per pic) or if you cant be there they give you a web address where you can pick and buy any extra pics you want (and the ones that come with ur package are sent to your house). Well I went on and on about the photos and didnt really describe the chapel sorry... there really isnt much to it, its small and pretty. We were married here just last weekend. I could not have been happier from start to finish. Misha was our main contact and she answered all of our questions via email quickly. She gave detailed information and sent several different options for us to think about. We were never pushed to upgrade packages or do any add ons at any point. We actually ended up choosing the cheapest package, even forgoing flowers, but we were never treated any less than. We were blending families together, and they honored our request to do ring exchanges with each others children with no issues. The chapel was super easy to find as the elevator has a huge button stating chapel for the second floor. We were greated by name when we walked in and shown to our dressing room, which also included an enclosed bathroom and full length lighted mirror. As we were dressing they sat our friends and family as they arrived, and the minister and photographer came in to speak with us seperately. The minister asked us about our life together and about our personal interests, which made the ceremony very unique to us. She also really included our kids in the ceremony. The photographer was very sweet and I think she really tried her best. We had misha and another coordinator working with us during our wedding, and they even talked me into calming down before they opened the doors for me to walk down the isle as my nerves were really showing. They played the songs we chose with no issue. After the wedding and photo session, we were allowed to change out of our formal attire back in our dressing room. They even gave us a gift bag as we left. I know that there is a wedding like every 15 minutes in Vegas, but they made us feel like it was just our special day. The west chapel is also amazingly beautiful, and they had just remodeled (I will attach a picture). Your guests can take as many pictures as they want as long as the flash is off. They even set up a meeting the next day to look over our pictures, and when we walked into the room we were surrounded by photos of us in every size. Again, there was no pressure to buy or push to up sell. They just wanted us to be happy with what we did purchase. We walked out with every picture from our wedding in 4x6s, and are waiting for the enlargements and wedding album to be sent in the mail. All prices shown included tax and they did not charge any shipping. The package we chose was really reasonable. They also gave us a code for if we wanted to order more later, or if our family wanted to order online. Honestly the photography was the main issue really. There were a few great shots but the rest were just ok. There is also glare on my glasses in pretty much every studio shot. There isn't much variation in poses either. Look at me, look at each other, now kiss. That's most of our pictures. We are also having a hard time getting the correct pictures in the correct order in the wedding album they are supposed to send us. It took over a week to get the first revised edition, when we were told it would only be a few days, and its a mess. Waiting to hear how we can attempt to change it again. But Cashmans does the pictures for most of the strip weddings, including Circus Circus so don't let the photography sway you too much when choosing where you go. I think it really depends on the photographer you get. I will also say that our contact for the pictures (the person who we met to buy from) is very easy to get ahold of and very quick to respond. I loved my wedding, and I especially loved that having it in a large hotel on the strip, was actually cheaper than most of the smaller chapels that are scattered around. We looked for about a month emailing and calling chapels until we chose TI. They had the least restrictive rules, and the best deal for what we wanted. Also the fact that they personalized the ceremony, and included our kids with no issues, was rare to find. Most of the other chapels do not allow any personalizations, and just go off of their script due to time. read more

I could not have been happier with our wedding. I looked around ALL of Vegas for a place, and for the price, this was the best. The staff took care of me from the start. (I changed my mind on flowers more than a few times) Once there, they have a nice little room to make some touch-ups. (They have everything-hairspray, DO, water) The flowers were beautiful, the chapel was really nicely set up, our officiant was friendly and did a great SHORT service. I was so nervous, I didn't want the long version! The music was right on cue. I chose Con ti Partiro and Viva Las Vegas. All our guests really enjoyed the ceremony. It kind of changed their idea of a Vegas wedding. They do take a ton of pictures, but be prepared to pay up. They are very nice though, and our package included some canvases which we really love. The only thing I would suggest is if you have flowers for the mothers, etc. buy them elsewhere. And don't deliver them to the chapel because they do not like that. My husband found them in a bag, I don't think they wanted to give them to us. So just deliver them to your hotel and distribute them beforehand. read more

I came for a wedding on 10/10/10. Honestly I have never seen so many brides in Las Vegas but that was the day to get married. My friend end up having her wedding here, it was very simple and small. The chapel was very beautiful but she did add some upgrades in her package and after wards everyone took pics at the next chapel over. Overall it was nice and intimate with just close family and friends. Yes we all try not to try and I did shed some tears but they had tissues ready for you. Overall it was a nice wedding. I had my wedding at the Treasure Island pirate boat (yes, they have a package for that)!. The actual ceremony ended up beautiful, but the service throughout was awful. Here are the pro and cons: CONS CHAPEL Lack of clear directions: o Was never given a plan on what to do that day. o Was never told that a pirate was going to come down w/ the ring - we found out about it by looking at youtube o Was never told where to go after the salon appointments (was told that there is a dressing room for bride before the wedding, but was never told where) Poor Department Coordination w/in TI (and the package includes a "wedding coordinator," but the contact lacks the follow through): o When asked about connecting buffet lunch as part of the wedding, instead of coordinating w/in the TI team, I was given the phone number to the buffet manager o When asked about booking rooms, I had to speak to front desk for a certain amount of room blocks, instead of the coordinator working w/in TI Was told to bring our own CD the day before the wedding to make sure it plays on the ship. The testing was fine, but did not play during the ceremony. The bride told the coordinator to ask the groom on what should be done as far as the music, the coordinator said yes, but the groom was never informed about the issue. Viva Las Vegas by Elvis was played, which was very inappropriate for a wedding. We were very upset about it - had to make sure all the dvds we had on the ceremony be fixed to our song. High turnover - when I emailed, I had to change contacts about four times FRONT DESK Was given "guest check in" - the person who helped us was very rude, unaccommodating, and unhelpful (why would you have that to work the guest check in?). We actually got checked in by someone in the regular check-in line, who was actually very helpful. She helped us reserve a room for the bride's mom (to be in the same level as her siblings, gave us an actual room #, but told us to inform the mom to check into it). The room was given away. This was one of the only request made by the bride, and she was very upset the night before her wedding. ROOM We paid to upgrade to a mini suite for the Jacuzzi - it was broken, so we didn't get to use it. PROS The buffet manager, Matthew Jimenez, was very professional, helpful, and responsive. We were very happy w/ his service and that of the buffet staff. Good photography vendor - helped us fix the dvd to include our song, which the chapel screwed up on I would definitely not recommend Treasure Island to anyone. read more

We wanted to thank you for an amazing experience. We just got married at TI . I told them we were getting married and they sent champagne to our room. They gave us free spa passes, they gave us a free buffet. They eventually gave us a free upgrade to a suite The next morning I went to the chapel and met with the wedding planner. The chapel was gorgeous. So pristine. Then I had a delicious brunch. I got dressed, went to the chapel and they put me in a very nice dressing room, brought me my bouquet and had the pastor meet with me. I told him that we wrote our own vows and we also wanted traditional vows. He also asked me if I wanted a prayer. I said yes and he gave us the most beautiful prayer. Mike Willis was his name. Then they knocked on my door and told me that it was time. I started crying. It was horrible. I couldn't stop crying. The wedding planners told me to breathe and I told them "I can't stop crying, he is everything." I walked down the aisle to Canon in D. We had a gorgeous ceremony in which we just cried the whole time. It was so beautiful and Landon's vows were so beautiful. Then Landon chose the song The Way You Look Tonight for us to leave the chapel to. The entire ceremony was perfect. I was so worried that the chapel would not look like the pictures, it was more beautiful than the pictures, so clean. Fresh flowers. I was so worried that there would be a line of brides out the door and I would feel like cattle. I was the only bride. Then we did a photoshoot. Then we went to the spa, I have never been to a spa in my entire life. We walked in and they separated us because "Sorry you can't go in together, this is a clothing optional spa." So we went in they gave me flip flops and a robe. They gave me a locker. There were refreshments, tea, coffee, fresh fruit juice. I went hottubbing by myself and then I sat in the steam room for an hour then I left and we went again the next day. We felt so relaxed. We are TI fans for life. I don't think we will ever stay in another casino in Vegas. read more

Kind of hard to review the Chapel at TI. The Chapel itself is nice and the minister there is fantastic. Their packages are also reasonable and the photography services they have contracted are very good. BUT the person that does most of the customer interaction is Misha and she is basically clueless especially when trying to get her to answer questions or do a request that is outside of the packaged event. If you are doing a small quick wedding and only following their prescribed itinerary, then this chapel is fine. If you want any uniqueness or expect someone to answer questions you might have, I would recommend you go somewhere else. read more

When we got to Vegas we met with the manager of the wedding chapel. She was very nice and and helped walk through everything... She also offered us some money off our wedding... Really all we wanted was to have them acknowledge that a mistake was made. I really appreciated the effort and kindness from the Nicole, the manager. In the grand scheme of things there were defiantly bumps, but it was a awesome wedding! Beautiful flowers, great time, if you want to do it right, do the wedding on the pirate ship! We were originally planning a summer wedding last year which had to be rescheduled. I actually rescheduled 3 times before finalizing 4/15/16. It was an amazing day! I want to thank Misha & especially Bianca. These ladies were fantastic. They were patient, available, and trustworthy. Living in Dallas, everything was taken care of via email and phone. From the chapel, to the flowers, and level of customer service, it all exceeded my expectations. Bianca even sent us a bottle of champagne on our wedding day, and it was a pleasant surprise. My family and friends all said it was lovely, and were so impressed that my future sister-in-law is even considering now marrying there. The packages were more reasonable than any of the other casinos, trust me I looked at all of them. And the photos really don't do the chapel Justice. I was running late, so I wish I could've enjoyed more time in the private dressing. I also want to mention the Pastor KJ Howard, he was awesome, and personalized our ceremony. AMAZING! The coordinators could not be more knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive. They answered all my e-mailed inquiries within a day, if not sooner, and this included before I booked and made payments. In fact, about 6 months before booking, we were in town and wanted to see the VIP viewing area for the Song Ship wedding. We stopped in the chapel without any appointment, thinking they would just give us directions to the viewing area. The coordinator, Misha, actually took us there herself and took us right onto the ship to show us where everything would take place! She knew all of the packages by heart, as well as all the extras available. We were able to have our friend officiate for us, and they let us know what he needed in order to be able to do it. It was really easy to handle all the arrangements digitally with very little hassle. The day of the wedding went so smoothly and was so stress-free. Friendly, beautifully decorated, tasteful, convenient, well organized, personalized and affordable. We loved our officiant, loved our photographer (who took the time to listen to my needs and wants) and felt like the only wedding there, even though there were eight weddings in the chapel that day. Our coordinator, Bianca, was friendly and efficient and everything was just as requested, with no hiccups. If I had to nitpick I'd say I would have liked a little more time in the bridal room (tip: get dressed and made up prior to arriving, since you'll be talking to the photographer and officiant while there), and that I'd like to see TI hire a dedicated coordinator who could help with planning of after-ceremony activities like dinners and shows for the group. But those are minor points. I would not change a thing about my wedding at the chapel at TI and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free wedding site.
