This place came recommended from a Townie who has lived in town for nearly 30 years. I checked previous reviews and was a bit nervous. It's not the most glamorous place and no one was bringing me wine while I waited. However, the guy that did my pedicure was a magician. I'm not saying that a pedicure can cure depression but after spending 15 months in COVID angst and no nail work at all, this was heavenly. It had Monica Gellar from Fiends vibes when Phoebe gives her a massage. Also there was no eye rolling at me when I uncontrollably giggled from the pumice scrubbing. It seemed quick, perfect amount of time, but I was so spaced out the entire time that it could have been 4 hours. Definitely headed back to this place. They take Venmo which is perfect. I made an appointment today for 2 pedicures and one manicure. Ended up having my 4 year old daughter with me who also wanted to get her toes done. They didn't have time to do a toddler nail so I said that's fine we will just have her take the place of the second adult pedicure and I'll still pay for two pedicures. After arguing they said that's fine but then we explained she just wanted a paint she didn't want to put her feet in the water. They said then they can't do it cause they don't do paint jobs only full services. Even after reiterating I'd pay for the original services. So we left....Usually jimmy does my nails and does an amazing job but him not being around and them being so rude I will not be back and no longer recommend them to all my local customers. read more

I have tried this place twice and both times were completely disappointing. I got the gel manicure and my nails starting chipping in less than one week. I felt the staff was rushed and not attentive to detail or customer service. Never again and way over priced for poor quality. read more

Friendly service and quality manicure and pedicure. I noticed there is a sign on the wall for employees not to talk on the phone and not speak in Vietnamese around the customers which was nice. My only complaint is the price. 65 plus tip for gel manicure and pedicure. Did not expect to spend that much on a basic, no frills manicure and pedicure today. First walking it I was greeting with a women doing someone's nails speaking quietly "can I help you?" She told me to pick out a color. Once I went and sat down a girl came out from the back eating something... she then rinsed her hand and wiped her mouth and came and started on my nails.... ew. She barely spoke to me. Then half way through doing my nails she started recording the process live on Facebook without even asking me. So weird. She kept speaking but I couldn't even tell if she was speaking in English or not. Turns out she was speaking to her phone. My nails came out okay... kind of boxy looking. My friend got a discount for paying in cash, if I knew I would have. They should really work on their customer service and they will be a great nails salon, they have everything else going for them but the way they treat their customers. read more

The experience was fine- clean location, polite employees, etc. unfortunately 4 days after getting the gel polish was chips galore. I love this Nail Salon and won't go anywhere else for tips and fills. Everyone in there knows what there doing and does there best to get each nail exactly right. The girls do awesome designs every time. The price in my mind is really good with 2 other nail salons in town that I don't think do anywhere the job these guys do. They are all friendly and funny to joke with. Paying in cash you do get a discount but either way it's worth it. Not the greatest picture but I love getting my nails done every two weeks here. Made an appointment for a set of acrylics at the beginning of the week, called and confirmed, and when we went in they had a wedding party and refused to follow through with the appointment. The man said he had "no appointment written in the book" but my name was clearly written under the wedding party, and he already knew what I wanted before I said anything. Drove 45 minutes for this appointment and they told me I could wait an hour and a half to get my nails done, and that we weren't top priority because today is prom and they're very busy. got my a full set done here a couple weeks ago the staff was very friendly. the girl usually did them she was too busy to take me so she told me to try the other girl sat next to the wall she did a fill I've been getting my nails done for over 10 years, I can tell that she was knew at this she filled & she didn't drills my nails enough to the point that they were lifting and not even smooth at all it took her about 3 minuets to run them . The polish great but 2 of them chipped the next day overall I still give them 4 stars cause it's my fav place in Littleton. read more

This place really needs to learn how to do nails properly. I've been getting my nails done for 5 years and never have I been to a place so rude, disrespectful, and inconsiderate of the customer. I come out of that place with black lines on my nails because they don't take the nail polish off fully before filling the nail. This not only looks tacky if I don't have a full color, it looks horrible!! I am on day 5 of getting my nails done and 2 of them have already chipped and broke off. I should not have to pay 30 dollars and waste my money because they're slacking in their department. The owners are nice people but need to learn customer service. Last time I went in, I made my appointment for 12 and didn't get sat in a chair until 12:30. They don't make conversation with you and you just sit there awkwardly. I will no longer be giving my service to them. I will drive to Burlington first before I go back to Littleton nails and spa. read more
