We chose their Open-Air Photo Booth option, and it fit perfectly into our unique venue which was a two-story sports bar that we turned into a red-and-black jazz bar. MIGHTY managed to blend right in with the vibe with a professional setup and a red leather backdrop that fit beyond perfect. They even brought on-theme props that guests loved, and that looked amazing in the photos. Everything felt cohesive and custom. From the very beginning, the communication with MIGHTY was super efficient and detailed. They were incredibly responsive, detail-oriented, and genuinely excited to help bring our vision to life. As the party planner, I had a lot of moving pieces, and they were the vendor that were always one step ahead, checking in and confirming details in advance. On the day of the event, Andrew set up within an hour, even less, despite the messy weather that day. Guests were raving about the booth all night, and the prints were high quality and fast. The booth was busy the entire time, and people kept going back for more! We had it for four hours and it was definetely the highlight of our party as we required our guest to come in black semi-formal attire. They also provided some magnets for the prints, and lots of our guest were able to take home physical family portraits. We received our digital photos within 2 days and we got edited and raw photos, but guests were able to receive digital copies during the event as well. Currently you will find one photo and a brief written description of the item you are viewing. We ordered a 6-1 wet/dry combo bounce house, which was AMAZING! Due to the single photo we ended up calling to both confirm our reservation & get a better description of what the bounce house offered. When we called we spoke to Reyna, what a tremendous asset to the company! Reyna quickly found our reservation, listened to what we wanted to rent & then explained that the particular item we rented wouldn't work with what we described we wanted. Reyna then happily went over their selection of bounce houses that better fit what we wanted. Reyna was very knowledgeable, most kind, listened/answered our many questions and took her time in explaining the different features of each bounce house. Once we picked the perfect bounce house we could not wait to see the reaction of our grandson. Well, our grandson face lit-up with pure excitement when he saw the bounce house inflating. Seeing the joy & excitement on his face made the expense of the bounce house totally worth every cent. When his classmates & friends saw the bounce house they all could not contain their excitement! They were easy to contact and answered my emailed question within hours of sending it off. After going over exactly what I would get with my deal, I made my purchase and set up my party times with them. What I got was more than I expected. The bounce house itself was the same as pictured and a bit bigger than what I expected, to the delight of myself and my daughter. They also had extra chairs and tables available and brought them for me, which was a blessing (because we ended up needing them!). They were swift on the set up, went through their contract and liablility information with me, and walked me through turning the unit on and off if I needed. When they returned to pick up the bounce house and tables & chairs afterwards, they were swift and timely. I wasn't home at the time, but the other family members who were there said they moved so quickly and quietly, they didn't even realize they were there until they were notified that they were leaving.
