I hate to even give them a star, but to review I guess I HAVE to. If this place brings in business I'm not sure how. Trying to get ready for my daughters 5th birthday which was circus themed I found a cute bounce house on their site After emailing and getting information I needed I was ready to go through with it. I ask what were the steps to reserve it no response...I called twice and got voicemail...left a voicemail no call back. So because I wanted that dang bounce house I emailed AGAIN. Finally got a response which was pretty prompt, so I was very surprised! Emailed all the information they asked for right away and waited to get a call back (because that's what the owner Damian said would happen) & what do you guess happened?! Two days later no call back, no email, no NOTHING. To think I was about to spend around $300 for their lack of service. Luckily I found a new bounce house rental place with better service, organization, and quality!! Got my bounce house, snow cone machine, and everything else I needed booked and paid for the same day!! Damian has the worst customer service! I would not recommend anyone renting from this place. We rented from other place like bounce n more without any issues. My kids bouncy house was cancelled due to weather but when I asked about refund due weather, he doesn't have answer for it. When asked to talk to the owner (Tanya-who I talked previously seem like nice lady) he would not connect my call and I was told I have wait until Monday. This is not how deal with customer! If you have dispatcher like Damian then you will be loosing more customers. I would not recommend this place to anyone! read more

We have a history with this company for my daughters birthday parties for 4 years and until this year had a great experience. This year, however, the party had to be cancelled due to an injury of my daughter. Contacted the company and spoke with Tanya, who was supposed to take care of cancellation. This did not happen and I had to contact the company again the day before to cancel again only for Tanya to be extremely rude on the phone. After asking to speak with a manager she assured me she was part owner and blamed the poor communication on me, went as far as to continue wanting to argue on the call. Sadly, we will not use this company again. To continue to have success, customer service has to remain the forefront. read more

I rented a water slide for my event and it scratched the kids kids everywhere, could not stay up right and the water hose was leaking everywhere but where supposed to go. I called the place back to talk about it and the 'owner' was super rude and did not care what i had to say. As someone who rents inflatables five times a year, I had to switch companies and I couldn't be happier. This company deleted my previous review somehow after they attacked me and told me "Jesus got me." Tonya is extremely rude and unprofessional. I could mention every ugly thing she said to me and how they don't clean their units, but they will probably pay to have my review deleted. Tonya is unbearable. She will give you the worst customer service and then say "God got me and will bless me" to let you know she doesn't care about your business. I have used her at least five times that I can remember going back over two years. The inflatables are always dirty. I will find headbands from the previous party. One inflatable that I rented a few times is full of holes so will sink a little when you tried to jump. That inflatable had black spots that might be mildew. Tonya will not allow you to speak. She is more interested in telling you how good of a "Christian" she is. I've caught her in three lies and have been begging for the cancellation email she called to tell me about. Still waiting for that email, Tonya, so you don't charge my card. We've sent two emails asking for the confirmation. You cancelled my reservation because "God got you." Well God has me too, sweetheart!!! Bless your heart! This company is way over priced and will use God as an excuse to treat you poorly. *Update* Tonya laughed at my review, that just adds to my argument. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Tonya is very unprofessional. Best move this company should make for the new year is NOT have her handle any of the customer phone calls or correspondence. They arrived 15 min before our event with the train even though their contract stated one hour before...then the train stopped working after 20 min of being there and when we called to give feedback to the owner- her excuse for the tardiness of her driver was that "He had 5 other events this morning". Very poor excuse for a business. At minimum we should have been offered a discount and a apology. We did not receive either. Spend your money with a company who actually delivers on what the promise! If we could give less than one star we would! Trust the YELP reviews- this is real feedback about a really poorly ran company. read more

Very reasonable pricing. Great customer service. I appreciate everything financial being closed before the party, so I didn't have to worry about it then. Will use again and refer! The house itself was pretty hot, even on a warm/mild end of summer/early fall day. The front of the house didn't have netting like the rest, so it was a sauna in there. Guys were fast and efficient during set up. Helped me prepare for "worst case scenario" events that could happen when you rent a big bounce house--such as pulled extension cord, blown breaker, etc. Sure enough a plug was accidentally unplugged, but was able to fix it because of the instructions! My daughter is too old for bounce houses now, but if we ever need tables and chairs, we will always use this company in the future. Can't go on enough about their professionalism. read more

Very reliable and VERY accommodating !!!!! Great company to do business with!!!!!!

Initially the service was exceptional with the reservation of the popcorn machine going smoothly with the office staff and great email communication. However the delivery service was not good at all. Multiple trips had to be made back and forth because the supplies for the machine (popcorn, oil, and popcorn bags) had been insufficient; I only had half the materials I had needed even after I had confirmed I needed supplies for 100+ people. At one point they told me that they had run out of bags and provided me with Ziploc bags instead to serve the popcorn in. Even before the whole supplies debacle, the delivery people had just dropped off the machine without calling me and letting me even know when they were planning on delivering it ON the day of the event. Thankfully, someone I knew had been at my business center otherwise the popcorn machine would have been sitting outside the building. So far nothing has been done to compensate for this mess, simply a "I'm sorry, please talk to my manager". This deserves a "0 star" review. read more
