It was awkward. The value of the collector's items and other merchandise isn't bad at all it's very moderate compared to other shops in the area. Would I come here for a sense of community and to play the games (pokemon, magic of the gathering, and dnd)? no. The only thing I can give them is that they had a good selection of product. Personally I'd rather go to the other small game shops in the St. Cloud area and to build a sense of community there. I'd only come here to buy something if I knew what I wanted and be in and out. This place could be amazing but I think (as someone who works in sales and retail) that management needs to sit down with their employees go through selling pitches, how to respect the customer while giving them the help they need. If you're looking for community I recommend going elsewhere. If you don't like clutter and cramped spaces I recommend elsewhere. If you're looking for Someone to help you around the store to answer questions and help find what you're looking for, go elsewhere. It is also a FUN place to browse around in as there are two other shops connected to it, including collectable toys, retro stereo equipment, vinyl albums, and a very cool vape shop. This is the place to go to for phone repairs and for a fun shopping outing.
