They have a very nice presentation and if this is within your budget, I think you will like them. One way they cut down on your coat is that initial payment includes some post death legal support. I think I would rather pay on the back end because most of my cash is in IRA accounts. So just depends on what you can afford....For me this was WAY out of my of my budget, when other firm are quoting me 2-3k. This is a premium level law firm, with a family feel. I think they need to add some upfront information so that people who need to screen them out can do so. I think they need to work on developing a referral list. It was not just their time that was invested in my research.

I get that I am a new potential client but he could have at least notified me he would be late but instead I had to reach out. When he finally called me he was rude and arrogant. He did not feel my business was worth it and told me up front he would not do business with me - he would not do business with me because I asked him why he could not have told me he was late. He then began yelling at me and then just hung up. Is this how people behave - what happen to professionals? I would avoid this firm at all cost. Right now their phone numbers do not work and when you get a vm it is full - even when you tell them its full, they do nothing. If you are going to be late you let your client or potential client know. You apologize and not yell at the client because the client is upset for your behavior.
