The one head scratcher for me is the men's locker room which is smaller than before the renovation.

Their daily rate was reasonable and I saw their monthly/yearly prices on the wall and it was super reasonable as well. Instead of making members feel welcome or addressing concerns respectfully, they came across as indifferent and unhelpful. I was able to get my CCW license faster than it took to get approved as a guest at this gym which says a lot. For a premium fitness club that charges premium prices, I expected professionalism and efficiency. Instead, I experienced poor communication, a frustrating process, and employees who seemed uninterested in helping. For a gym that charges premium membership fees, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and customer care. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below those expectations. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and provides better training so future members are treated with the respect and courtesy they deserve. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location.

I got harassed and disrespected then banned just because Karen thinks this her parents club and she can tell anyone in there to shut up. Place is a joke they charge 180$ a month acting like its a country club yet they never bother replacing the old machines nor educate the employees on how to respectfully approach patrons.

I always feel I've gotten more than my money's worth with Claire and her staff. If you want gizmos or pickup lines, try the big box club. All of my massages are nothing short of perfection, and I am always left happy and relaxed :) Another thing I love about Class Action is their customer service. I am HUGE on customer service, and I rarely write reviews unless I've had an outstanding experience. I had purchased a Groupon for a 90-minute hot stone, and I ended up getting a 70-minute deep tissue instead. Don't get me wrong, the massage I got was incredible, and I also probably should have said something right away, but having grown up in the business industry (my dad owns a restaurant), I find that as a business owner, you want to know those types of things. So I contacted Clare just to inform her about what happened (I was maybe expecting a slight discount on my next massage), but she ended up giving me a complimentary 90-minute massage. She was so genuine, and that far exceeded my expectations. I was so grateful that she did that for me. All in all, I HIGHLY recommend Class Action Fitness for massages. Ineta does an amazing job, and both Clare and Ineta are absolute gems.
