First and foremost, the slide I got from Live Free is incredible. I love everything about it. Secondly, and most importantly, the customer service I received was UNLIKE ANY OTHER. I received one of their slides as a Christmas gift, and it came with RMR cuts that did not fit my optic (this our own fault when ordering). I called, and not only did they take the time to educate me on how my cuts for the specific red dot I have were different, but they had me send back the slide with my optic and had a new slide cut just for me and mounted the optic for me to make sure it fit before they mailed it back! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. read more

Horrific customer service that's well documented from those online. I've been waiting 16 weeks, twice the listed turn around time, for a firearm and I have called/emailed/messages on Facebook and Instagram multiple times each and have not received a single response from them. read more

I ordered an Apollo 11 from LFA on 02/02/2026. Lead time was six to ten weeks. It is now 6/25/26 and I have not received my pistol. They do not answer email, and all you get when you call is a recording. They are in bankruptcy currently, although still "selling" on their website. Buyer beware! read more

At Live Free Armory everyone is very professional and they really care about their products, regardless of where you purchased it. A company that has state of the art aerospace machinery, making for great quality that is very competitively priced, as well as really well designed equipment that not only looks good, but has a high level of functionality that you really need. As well as all this, they have a great customer service department that picks up the phone and addresses all your concerns in a thorough way. To top that off, the head of their customer service team Louis Germain, has been a respected competitive shooter all his life and understands every aspect of all the products they sell and is just a really great guy with a lot of integrity. I ordered an upper and lower kit more than a month ago. I contacted them every 1-2 weeks to stay up to date as they claimed they were "updating" their website. I was told multiple times it would be shipped in 1-2 weeks. I got a voicemail today stating they originally couldn't find my order. They further explained that my order was initially marked as fraud (although the payment went through to my cc). They were able to find my order/payment and wanted to know if "wanted to cancel my order or proceed". I decided to cancel after they wouldn't give me a timeline of when it would ship, claiming it would be another several weeks. There is something shady about this business. Would avoid if possible. read more
