They actually made it worse by removing the recycle bins, so now all the recycle is being dumped into the trash bin. I've also complained about a rat or rats running around the attic above my apartment. The management has done NOTHING effective about this issue either. The management suggested that I was making this up -- until they showed up with a manager from the post control company who confirmed there had been a rat or rats in my attic. For the rent they charge, this should be a garden spot; instead the parking area and trash dumpster look like a slum. Last week, I called the corporate offices for times and never got a call back. So it seems that neither the corporate office nor the local management gives a hoot about its tenants. Save yourself money and aggravation; rent elsewhere.

Since Arnold's been here you can tell that he really cares about the property and he came in and fixed everything and very respectful and even ordered me a new dishwasher that I was told I would be getting over a year ago and installed it as soon as it arrived. Now that it's under new management I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a nice place to call home.

I spoke to 3 or 4 nice managers at some nice complexes. By chance, I drove by Northpointe Commons. My daughter knew of the place and had heard good things. I called and spoke to Carrie in early June. She explained that there was an apt coming open but there was someone on the list waiting for it. She encouraged me to come get an application and turn it in. Most of the people were long term residents but things happen and something may come up. Carrie was professional, informed and friendly. By the time I left, I knew I wanted to live at Northpointe Commons...so I settled in with my daughter and waited. in early August, I called and left a message just letting Carrie know that I was still interested. Like the two other times I left a message, Carrie responded promptly. This time, I was told that there may be an opening. She explained that even after the resident moved out, if indeed he did move, it would take time because they completely go through the apartment making sure everything works and looks good. Well we waited. Carrie would call and keep us updated. On 9/28/21, we got our keys and we able to see our place. Rick and I both knew it was a blessing to get in. The place is beautiful. The layout is nice. Every spot that storage could be, is there. Neighbors welcomed us without being intrusive. Carrie continues to be responsive to our questions and needs. I met another resident in the laundry area, we spoke about how comfortable and safe it is living here. We both agree that it is in large part due to Carrie. Just felt the need to give prompts where deserved.Thank you Carrie. We at Northpointe Commons are fortunate to have you!

The manager will literally try to do anything to screw you out of your deposit. She also manages Rancho Carmel, where my grandmother used to live and the same thing happened to her. Just be warned guys. Don't expect to get your full deposit back even if you put your blood, sweat, and tears into cleaning the place for the next tenant.
