When Dr. Fischer walked in and saw me, she didn't hesitate--she came over, gave me the warmest hug, and comforted me like she had known exactly what I was feeling. It was a moment of kindness I will never forget. She listens--truly listens. She validates my concerns, never makes me feel inadequate, and gives reassurance in the most compassionate way. Robert, whom is allegedly one of the owners contacted me, apologized and told me he'd have someone verify my benefits and get back with me, it's been over a week and not one person has gotten in contact with me. I don't know what kind of game they're running, but I am going to find a different DR for my husband and myself. My husband likes the DR he sees, I like the psychiatrist that I see, but I can't stay with a group that has no respect for their patients. I don't know if they just want my money and have no desire to return what they are charging from me from every virtual visit that I have or if they think I will just give up. Robert, I told you I was going to leave another review if you didn't do as you promised and have someone check my benefits and give me a call. I didn't want to drive all the way to the VA so it was worth it for me to pay them out of pocket. They were SO polite and it went exceptionally quick. They listened, got me what I needed, and I was out the door in no time. I haven't needed to see a doctor in like 14 years so I'm grateful it was a simple and efficient experience.
