My family has been going to Rollie's for years. It's a real family-owned local business place that…read moreis so rare these days. It's so refreshing to drive right down the street from the city and into a little patch of rural farm loveliness that is also rare in Lowell now. The staff are so friendly and they clearly are enjoying their time making the whole experience one for your family to remember. Sometimes they have hot cocoa available. They encourage you to take your time and take pictures among the trees and are great about bantering and chatting with you as they drive you on the tractors up to the trees. They're also great about letting you know any info on the different types of trees they're have available. Their team of tree cutters will chop down your chosen tree, trim it up if you want, shake off the loose needles, and load it back up onto the tractor to be packaged up nicely in mesh for the ride home. Trees are cash only and prices are more than your average tree lot trees; $10 a foot. BUT! The trees are full, beautifully-shaped (no bald spots!), and they truly last for forever, smell fantastic, and don't lose all their needles within a week. We typically get our tree the first weekend of December and have it up with barely any fallen needles until mid January. Honestly, even if they lasted half the time for the same price, we'd still go to Rollie's because it is such a fun, relaxed experience to tuck away each year for a family memory.

You could find any size of any type of tree you would want! Not only could you search on your own, you could either cut it down or have someone else cut it down for you with a ride to the front where they shake it out and bundle it up for you! $10/ft. Best tree farm. I will miss it dearly

The Beloin tree farm has been in business since 1948. I was looking at their about information on…read moretheir website and they carefully tend to all their trees with a meticulous focus on quality, shape, and smell. They have three locations in New Hampshire and we went to the one in Bedford. Usually picking out a Christmas tree is arduous because many times they're wrapped and lying on the ground. You have to pick them up, cut them loose, shake them out and then decide if you like it or not. Often going through dozens of trees before you find one that's suitable. When you arrive at Beloin, you immediately see that the trees are open and standing in stands. Every tree was gorgeous, thick and lush. The pine filled air smelled so good. This time, instead of trying to find one that we liked, we had to narrow it down from all of the gorgeous ones that we loved. Haha. Not a bad problem to have. They have plenty of help so once we picked a tree, they netted it, did a fresh slice, and loaded it in the back of our truck. I also have plenty of stock, so as soon as one is sold, they put another beautiful tree in its place. They also have gorgeous wreaths and bows. I had to pick one of those up as well. I highly recommend Beloin for your fresh cut Christmas Tree!

Stay far far away from Home Depot appliance delivery. I ordered a refrigerator on a Monday and they…read moresaid it would be delivered Thursday. Wednesday I got a text that it would be delivered between 1 and 5. Got texts through out the day giving me status and how many deliveries were ahead of mine. The delivery time kept getting later and later. Then got a text saying I was 2 stops away. Now first they are supposed to call the day before and 30 min before delivery. I never got any calls at all. So in the mean time i cleared all the furniture unloaded all the food from my refrigerator put it the most important stuff in the few coolers i have with ice a ran to the store for. The text then said i was next and the online tracking then said arrived. But no one was there no truck nothing (now I have been waiting by my door for 90 min. Just in case they got there early. Still no truck then on line it says sorry we missed you!!!!! Omg what the heck is going on!! I called the support line, Briana Was very helpful. She contacted the delivery company If a client is not at home they take a picture of the address to prove they were there. Turns out the picture was of the sky which of course is utterly unacceptable! Guess the deliver guys didn't want to deliver the refrigerator and completely lied about even trying to deliver it!!!??? Complete scum bags. So my 2000.00 refrigerator is now being delivered Monday morning. So now a lost a whole day of vacation. Lost half my food to spoilage probably 150 dollars worth. I had other personal appointments that afternoon I had to cancel with minor financial implications. So now I have no refrigerator for the 4 th of July holiday and am out of pocket another 400 to 500 dollars. Not sure if I will go to small claims court yet but this is beyond unacceptable. Let's hope my refrigerator makes it here Monday. I will never shop at Home Depot again for the rest of my life! Absolute jerks!

5 starts for the service !! Mr Logan is the one who helps us he is the best ! Outstandingread more
