Lindsey has opened a beautiful new studio in Buffalo and with fellow instructors Ally, Rachel and April The Fire Within Yoga studio offers morning , noon and evening classes to fit anyone's schedule. I have recently been a student of Ally in her Toned Yoga class. Although I did not include hand weights in my routine, I was dripping wet with sweat by the end of class - a great challenging experiance! I also recently was a student in Rachel's Power Vinyasa Yoga class. Rachel's Power Vinyasa Yoga was also a great workout - with a more modest amount of sweat than Ally's Toned Yoga class. Rachel's Power Yoga class was similar to Lindsey's Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes - about a moderate Lindsey class. I also was a student in the Gentle Mindful Movement Yoga class today. This was a great mellow Yoga class and would be wonderful for a beginner introduction to Yoga and for people with various physical challenges. I did not break a sweat but was challenged with balance poses and stretching. I left feeling refreshed and renewed.

If you're in the area, definitely check out Azitala! Hot yoga is so much fun and it's a great workout. This also gets me through the winter, knowing I'll be instantly warm in a matter of minutes. Classes I recommend: -Vinyasa with Kyron -Active Flow with Kyron, Sue, or Mary -Moderate with Kyron -Yoga Sculpt with Sue But honestly, all instructors are friendly and wonderful. YogaMN offers complimentary water, tea, or coffee. Their tea choices are fabulous! Cubby holes for your bags and a wall of hooks for your coats in the winter. There are two studios. The back one is for hot yoga and the front one is for their other classes. Intro to yoga, Barre, etc. I started out with their When Pigs Fly yoga. It was a wonderful relaxing stretching class for beginners. The perfect class after a day of sitting at a computer desk all day! Since it was on my birthday I could just bring a canned good for the class. Plus they had a great discounted deal for 5 classes for $50 that I had to take them up on. I hope to become a regular here. The receptionist and Yogi were both so warm and inviting. Remembering all of the regulars names and starting conversations with everyone. They even have additional classes about health, nutrition, communication and all sorts of rotating topics. This yoga spot is such a wonderful addition to Plymouth! I love it!

Both very different but equally wonderful. The studio is in a strip mall, but once you enter the front doors it's like it's own kind of paradise. They offer free tea and water, there is plenty of cubby storage for your things, and everyone is very welcoming and helpful. The only downside is that the smaller room gets a little cramped when the class is full, but the instructors handle it in stride and makes jokes about not tickling each other's feet. I have felt a slight air of judgement a few times from others in the class, but that can't be held against the studio, and I try my best to ignore it since I'm only there for myself (they're probably just jealous of my amazing savasana skills!) This place really is a wonderful break from the world, and I'm so glad they offer the free week to try all of the classes out!

There's a cardio room and racket ball courts. It's connected to a hotel and is also the hotel gym hahaha, but that also means with the membership or daily fee, you get access to the pool, hot tub, and great locker room. I've only seen a max of 10 people using the weight room at a time. Very friendly management/training staff too, willing to put together a fitness program for you! Plenty of free parking.
