I always leave here feeling like I had a great workout and really worked hard. This studio offers a variety of classes throughout the day. If I was in closer proximity I'd come more often. Classes are pricey though and it's expensive to be a member here. All kinds of packages are available but a 3-6 month pass ranges from $300-500. It has two studios - one well lit, the other on the more subdued side. Both are clean, spacious and equipped with temperature controls fitting for various practice styles. The instructors are professional, well trained, helpful and encouraging / helpful to newcomers. Some of my favorites include Judy, Naomi, Hannah, Julie and Ryan but rest assured all are good. The free week is a hassle-free experience with no pressure to continue beyond the trial period. Ten and twenty class packages can be purchased as can memberships. CorePower is not a budget facility but I feel the price is commensurate with the studios and instruction. The men's locker room is small but clean and offers an abundance of lockers for use. Do note you must bring your own lock if you want to protect your valuables. Overall I would and have encouraged people interested in yoga to try out CorePower.

First things first, I do love this place…read more Like most people, I was coerced by a so-called friend into taking a class. Was sore for days, couldn't cough or laugh without everything hurting. Immediately was hooked. I ended up getting the 4 classes per month membership and it's plenty to keep me engaged without burning out. Literally, because these classes are insanely hard. Overall facilities are nice, I wish there were showers or even more than just 2 bathrooms because I'd prefer to take a class before heading into the office but do need to get ready. It also gets a little cramped in there sometimes. I get that classes fill up so having the extra machine or two can make a difference, but there are times I feel like I might be holding hands with my neighbor.
