Every…read moresingle person on their team was friendly and welcoming, and beyond normal pleasantries but genuinely interested in getting to know members (and me as a visitor from out of town). The space itself has the newer tech, is very clean, and extremely organized (it is the most organized OTF I've ever been to, no offense to my home studio). Example...a sign up list for the showers...brilliant! There were all sorts of fun challenges going on, and great highlights of the accomplishments of members. During the class the coach had AMAZING energy and provided excellent guidance to each person in the class that needed it (which seems to be something fewer and fewer coaches are doing). If I lived in the area, and wasn't a member, I'd have joined on the spot. Keep up the great work!

I canceled immediately and have not seen my processed refund. I have called, emailed, and texted the business, by I have not received any word. This lack of communication can really hurt a business's reputation. I finally received the refund on Saturday after numerous attempts.

A…read morewhile back in the midst of covid yelp would have questions up for establishments asking if they practice social distancing, covid protocols, stuff like that. Well I answered one of the questions and said no they don't follow social distancing or something like that b/c they didn't. I had been to other yoga studios in the area and they cut their class sizes in half to help distance people but yoga by blosstopia did not. Well I guess the owner, Lana, didn't like my response because she found my info in their database, since I attended classes there, and called me to discuss my "review" which wasn't even a review. It was just simply an answer to a question. I was very cautious during that time b/c I worked with people who were higher risk and couldn't afford to get covid myself so I always wore a mask when I was there which was fine. I don't expect other people to mask but it would have been nice if we weren't packed in there like sardines. (Side note - the floors are not padded at all, it's just concrete with peel and stick vinyl planks laid down so be sure to bring two yoga mats b/c it's hard on the knees.) She did ask if I'd like to zoom into the class if I wasn't comfortable and I told her that I was fine wearing a mask in class. I just thought it was important for people to know what they would be walking into before spending the money. She seemed very defensive and almost pissed that I told people the truth. I think the studio has changed owners since then and I hope to go back and see if things have changed for the better.

If you're in the area, definitely check out Azitala! Hot yoga is so much fun and it's a great workout. This also gets me through the winter, knowing I'll be instantly warm in a matter of minutes. Classes I recommend: -Vinyasa with Kyron -Active Flow with Kyron, Sue, or Mary -Moderate with Kyron -Yoga Sculpt with Sue But honestly, all instructors are friendly and wonderful. I'm so grateful to have found this studio so close to home.

I practice yoga on a semiregular basis but would be comfortable here as a beginner too - instruction was definitely accessible to all levels. Great studio!

I felt welcomed into the group. There was good energy and I could feel the passion and intensity of the group. I saw diversity I hadn't really seen before - people 20 years younger and 20 years older than me all kicking ass on the bags and lifting heavy weight.‍ I love the enthusiasm for the program. Workouts are ever changing and building - they grow me in ways I haven't encountered before. I never get bored. I am always sore - knowing my muscles are being fully worked. I'd rather be sore from working my body than sore from not. And, I've never been fitter or stronger. I love the competition. After completing the 10 week program you become a FIT member which is even more fun. You now have the option to challenge yourself above and beyond the program - challenges are gamified with partners or teams for cash prizes. And now, Dale and Chanell have brought even more to enhance our experience - Advanced Kickboxing / MMA style, Yoga Sculpt, HIIT Kettlebell workouts and soon a Barbell Club ‍ We often do fun outings for bonding events as well and that has been very fun. I love that I am surrounded by friends with a variety of goals too - whether that's gaining muscle, losing fat, toning up, gaining more flexibility, training for marathons, or healing from all that life throws us. I love that I see all bodies and ages working hard to live a healthier life. I love that for 45 minutes I can focus on getting stronger and releasing stress. And, it has been a great space to meet some really good friends in and outside the gym.

Endurance offers the best group fitness classes and a wide variety of times throughout all 7 days of the week to take the classes. I have a 3 and 9 year old, and they both love kids care! (This is included for free with your membership.) Also, my 9 year old has attended BodyFlow classes with me, and loves them. The instructors are so supportive of her. I do not personally use the fitness floor, but my friends that do only have great things to say about the top of the line equipment. I would encourage anyone to come try this place out. Membership is incredibly reasonable, as are their training packages.
