I booked my first appointment online with Beverly which was super convenient and a must as I usually plan my schedule late at night. Admittedly I was skeptical as I have tried many therapists over the last decade and beyond...only to be disappointed or feeling "meh" about the massage. I'm happy to say my search is OVER! Yay for me..and possibly you too! Bev is AMAZINGLY talented at what she does and very knowledgeable. BEST massage I have literally EVER had in my life! I was set up with a great person who knew what I was dealing with and could apply the right pressure, and move me comfortably through stretches my body needed. I was quite sore that evening despite what would say was gentle pressure, but I knew it was the result of getting good treatment. The next day, I woke up feeling so much better. Sciatica can't be healed over night, but the muscles around the inflamed area were released and allowed my nerves and blood to move freely through the rest of the area. I realize I need massage more frequently through the year, so I will be back.

In the first session the doctor was able to relieve pain of my neck/sholder and find a rotation in my hips that my doctor for 10 years hadn't found before.
