The massage itself felt less than therapeutic and a bit of a routine as they didn't really seem to adjust to what they were feeling but more going through the motions. And the motions themselves felt a bit hurried. The massage therapist seemed very qualified and it felt good but not one of those "awesome" experiences. Then they gave only me a water bottle and not my husband. The net result was that I felt great but wasn't really relaxed when I left. I will find somewhere else next time.

If you were to go in and say "I just want a regular massage", I'm not sure there is such a thing with Alina. Everything is individualized. Another interesting aspect was the bed has speakers beneath it which resonate the surface, especially the lower frequencies. There is so much knowledge coming out about frequencies used for healing and can come from light, sound, and even smell all having frequency components. Not only is she a gifted Holistic Medicine professional and an acupuncturist, her background is in Marine Biology which adds yet another boost to her already vast amount of knowledge.
