Nine times out of 10 there will be issues with new things. I believe that Upgrade Labs Corporate needs to develop more on roll outs more so than the local ownership. I believe there was alot of excitement in getting it started and I think things that were out of the control of the local owner deeply frustrated him. He shared some of those experiences with me and offered to "make it right" every time I am aware of. This is like any typical business, getting good staff in this "new world" is challenging. Getting people trained and retaining them can be tough. I have had issues with staff not being friendly, and I spoke to management about it, and I can see the change. I think your approach to an issue goes a long way. I have found the management to be very engaging and willing to work with me through many of the same problems the others spoke of. As far as the technology and the treatments, I believe in them 100% and am super glad "lil ole CdA" has an Upgrade Labs. (There are currently only like 7 across the entire country). i put my body through the paces so to speak on a daily basis and the treatments are great for my recovery and keep me in the game. Since starting with Donnie, I've been redefining my relationship with health and fitness & he has played a huge role in that. I've always played sports at a high-level since elementary, and became entirely burned out after playing varsity basketball all four years of high school & travel ball. After graduating, I hated playing and refused to go to the gym since I no longer "required" to go. Since 2011, I've had my short spurts of working out, but nothing stuck because I still despised working out. It wasn't fun. About 3 months ago, I was the heaviest I've ever been at 165 pounds (was consistently 130 pounds prior). That's when I contacted Donnie with my goal of dropping to 145 & overall just wanting to feel better.
