Now comes 20 March and I am getting emails and calls for an annual fee o $55.00!! through back and forth conversation they threatened to just turn it over to collections if I didn't pay it.. Long story short they are slimy and don't take their work that you will be canceled unless you get it in writing!!! The Gym itself, though well appointed with equipment is NOT well maintained. There were several pieces of equipment tat were out of service or broken nearly every time I was there. The steam room primarily would be out of service ALOT!... Showers missing heads and the overall cleanliness of the facility left much to be desired. I wanted to join a gym as I was preparing to have a total knee replacement and wanted the Aquatic areas in addition to weight/machine areas. Had I not paid for my entire year up front I would have left this facility much earlier and went to the YMCA North!

All different women from all walks of life with all sorts of shapes can come here and get their workout on! A typical routine consists of kettle bells swings, side lunges, burpees (aka the devil), ring swings, running/rowing, and wall balls. As you workout, you use your body weight against yourself. Precious was extremely rude and refused to cancel CHILDREN memberships. She told me to come in 8-8, and I came In at 7:30 and there was 'no one there' to talk to. My bank was charged on 05/11 and I called 05/11. I have email invoice of confirmation of cancelation, But she said I had To pay ANOTHER MONTH (at $37.60 per child) and $99 cancelation fee in order to cancel 3 CHILDREN MEMBERSHIPS THAT WERE NOT ATTACHED TO AN ADULT. Under Washington law, they cannot be a member of a fitness facility without a guardian. I will now be disputing many months of charges as fraudulent and will report this to the proper business and legal authorities. While I paid the first year in full, it has now been month to month contract and should not be subject to disciplinary actions for simply trying to cancel memberships.
