RIP OFF! STAY AWAY! I'm used to being taken advantage of on Valentine's Day, but Lively took it to another level. I ordered the Deluxe bouquet and received instead a bouquet that paled in comparison. I paid $95 and only received 4 roses amongst others. I could have done way better for half the cost going to Kroger. Their integrity is pathetic! read more

Lively Florist did an amazing job on two different arrangements for my Aunt's funeral. First they did a standing arrangement it was beautiful. They used every flower that I asked them to use and added more to make it just perfect. The second one was a custom silk floral arrangement. I sent them a few pictures of what my mother had in mind for her sisters funeral and they made a spectacular creation for her. I had to call several times changing what I wanted on the cards for the arrangements. They were very sweet and patient with me. I love flowers and I'm very very picky! Lively Florist just handled the pall for my Mother's funeral. They allowed me to pre-order and pay early as we learned that Mom would pass in the coming week. They followed my every wish with purple, blue, peach and deep pink wildflowers. They noticed when we admired pieces during a visit and made recommendations to friends when they called. I live in California and tried online ordering flowers for my mom for Mother's Day. I selected the Goddess and Light Bouquet Deluxe version from their website. I understand that some flowers may not be in season or available. I get that there are substitutions to be made, but the quality my mom got was nothing close to big and bushy as the original online photo was. For paying over $50, I get better quality through a corporate box flower company instead of how I tried supporting and ordering through a small local business. I called their store, and the workers at the shop called their arrangement "beautiful and absolutely stunning". They told me they have a specific arrangement formula for every bouquet (1 of these, 2 of these, 3 of these, etc.) and that's what they did--matching that list, instead of the photo, close as they could. The lady specifically said "Picasso himself could not match the photo to what you'd actually get". No...but you could try to make it look close to it. Even though it's not exactly like the photo online, I expected something fuller, Spring-like, and pretty--instead they followed their "formula" and it looked exactly like they put "one of these two of these" types of flowers in a vase & called it a day. Not a beautiful arrangement in my opinion. I found it sad they list on the website they care about their customer satisfaction but disregarded my opinion completely. Pretty sure Kroger themselves could have given me better quality than this for over $50. They offered to remake the bouquet, but "it wouldn't be as amazing as what was originally made and delivered", and to me I don't want a worse version of what my mom already received. If you order online from this company, be prepared to NOT have a "Picasso" beautiful version. What you see is NOT what you get. read more

I live out of state and ordered flowers for a family member who lives in Columbia. I researched reviews on this shop and everything seemed great. When I placed my order, I checked the option to alter the arrangement slightly if the flowers are not in season or available in store. DO NOT PICK THIS OPTION!!! I was sent a picture of the arrangement from my family member and it looks horrible!! It only slightly resembled the arrangement I selected. The colors did not go well together. Needless to say, I will not be giving this shop my business anymore. read more
