Just a short walk from Albert Dock is a wee gem of a place in Liverpool. Our stag party originally wanted to use the wakeboarding park, but unfortunately it was fully booked by the time we got to it. Instead, we decided to scoot around on the paddle boards led by Clive and Charles.
In all honesty, we had our doubts starting out. Squeezing into a wetsuit and buoyancy aid while hungover isn't the most fun start to a day, but within minutes C & C had us laughing and in the water.
It's pretty easy to get the hang of, and if you're scared of water it's easy to stay on the board while you are seated/kneeling.
Naturally, as a stag party we basically degenerated into knocking each other into the water which was a lot of fun. The showers after were top notch too, high pressure and hot hot hot! Highly recommended read more
