I visited the establishment they were professional , nice and helpful. However I was there for a renewal for my MD Guard card. Maryland has changed the process in the last three years but typically with the changes I always double check with Maryland to confirm. With that being said I was overcharged for two sets of fingerprints when in fact I only needed one set of fingerprints. With the cost of the entire process I was not prepared to pay an additional 68 dollars, the representative was informed it was for a renewal and had me sign and annotate that it was for a renewal and still charged me the additional fee. I feel like I was tricked, so left with a less-than-positive view of this firm. Their website shows prices on their home page, including $15 for passport photos. Under Service-Passports, website notes: "No appointments are necessary!" (which I was also told when I called). However, they trick you by charging you more if you don't make an appointment. When I protested, I just got a surly response; there were no other customers in the office. The additional cost was only a dollar, but I still don't like being tricked into driving there so they can increase the price on me. Went ahead and gave 3 stars since they did produce a passport photo which seems to meet the requirements (I'll find out for sure if my passport renewal is denied). read more

Located in Mercantile Ln in the taller building on the right. The office is on the second floor. Waiting room is quaint, staff is responsive and quick! You are able to schedule appointments online which is preferred. They handle state/FBI fingerprints passport photos and the like. I was able to schedule a same day appointment and arrived early. I was seen immediately and was out within 20 minutes. I was provided a receipt. Keep in mind that should you need any copies, a fee is assessed. Happy that I located this gem and I will definitely be returning when I need these services again. read more

I had my estate bundle: living will, POA, and Trust notarized by appt. The notary was very thorough and knowledgeable as we went thru approx 50 pgs of documents. I set the appt to insure 2 staff members could also be witnesses. All were friendly and very professional. read more
