I went in for notary services, called first and was told the time notary business took place. I arrived in the store and was greeted by a very pleasant and extremely efficient young lady named Starrand a star she was. She could not get my doc open to print and sign. She tried various ways so I left and came back with the doc to be notarized Mind you...notary services stop at 4:00pm. I call prior spoke to an extremely well mannered young man named Derrick, who said he would ask could I still be accommodated even though I would arrive late. The answer was YES ( where they do that at?) Came back after 4:00 and Miss STARR took care of me, she actually waited on me Talk about CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! I also observed her and Derrick when dealing with other customers with just as much patience and ease as they did me! Strike one. The first time I went to the office they were closed. There was a note on the door…read morestating that they had special business hours that day. Nowhere on their website did it state this. Nor did they state that on their voice message. Strike Two. I ordered a sweater from them with the number 04 on it. I could tell that they put 40 and pulled the graphic off and redid it. I could see residue from the numbers. It wasn't too noticeable so I kept the sweater. My fiance doesn't have an eye for detail so he won't notice. I ordered a second sweater from them in November. It was supposed to be ready December 13th. I called that day to make sure I didn't drive 30 min and they were closed. They didn't answer. I drove there today and there is a note on the door that states they are closed for mass production. No notice of when they will be reopened. They don't call or email you to inform you when your order is ready so I guess I have to call them every day until they answer. If the sweater is not done to my satisfaction I have no time to have them fix it because Christmas is coming up soon. The front desk girl is very nice but the two times I've actually made it inside it smelled straight like weed. This will be the last order I make with them. I planned on getting some tee shirts made for my engagement photos but I'll have to find another place.

That went well without a hitch. Two stars for that. Downhill after that. She needed some return address labels made. They only had two sheets left at the time. so she wrote her name on paper (eg. Reverend Debra G.Smith) Payment was made. When she got home the labels had her address but NOT her name. It said " Reverend Debra". We went back and told employee that is not her name. No more labels they will be in Tuesday. Took her telephone number to no success. Went back the following Saturday and still no labels. I asked for money back as we had receipt. Was told it was not their mistake. I explained to them the word Reverend is a title like Doctor or Mr. or Mrs. So again they said the labels would come in on Tuesday and they would call her. Today is Thursday. I have choices, but seniors sometimes do not. Take your business somewhere else. Or do it yourself.
