I return so many packages that I frequent UPS. This location is small but mighty! One of the few where there is a self serve to return packages- all you have to do is scan your QR code! I love it! It makes things super easy, staff are always friendly. I will be returning. read more

I asked an employee why do they charge for printing services plus copy of print. His response "i dont make the rules, i enforce them" just rude! A simple "every UPS has different rules would have suffice." Needless to say, please avoid this location. There are so many UPS locations in the area with nicer employees, excellent customer service and zero dollars for the printing service. read more

I've been going here for years. I ship a lot with Amazon and do a lot of returns. Amazon has free returns. I always bring my own boxes and print out the labels. All of a sudden they wanted to charge me $1 to tape up the box. Now I take my business elsewhere. It's not the $1, it's the principle. read more

Terribly disappointed with my experience at this store today. I went to return ship an item to a company in Canada and because it was going out of the country there are a few more steps to the process. It took me about 10 seconds before I walked out when the very stupid employee said to me, "Canada, is that in the United states?" And they expect me to trust them to ship something, anything? I needed to ship something internationally with short notice and I had missed all the deadlines of other carriers. Thankfully this UPS store was still open and had a later pickup time. I came in 30 minutes before closing and the owner was kind enough to help me with the copies while I prepared my documents for shipment. The tracking email was easy to use to follow my package along all the stops to its destination. Sure enough, my package arrived on time. I would definitely use this store again. read more

UPS and sometimes USPS services are provided here. They have a small shop with boxes and box supplies. They also have a number of P.O. Boxes too. I have little trust in USPS since they have lost one of my express mails. This store is the closest express mail service to my house, so I come here for overnight delivery instead of the USPS. My only gripe is that UPS refuses to ship overnight to any P.O. Boxes. Well, guess who has a POB? The IRS, that's who. Many folks need to overnight to the IRS for their tax returns or estimated taxes, but NOOOOO, don't come here. Other than that, I get dependable, trackable overnight service. read more

If I could give this UPS location NO stars I would. Back in April I shipped 2 packages. One arrived damaged and the other never made it to its destination. UPS cited Covid 19 as an explanation for the one week delay (approx) for one of the packages. When i went into the store to ship additional packages and submit a complaint regarding the aforementioned packages, i was assisted by Zsarmaine (manager). I noticed Zsarmaine was short and slightly rude the Friday before. So this visit to the store i brought it to her attention because i noticed the same curtness in attitude. She became more irrate and threatened to call the police on me bc i told her she was rude and requested better service. She refused to service me or call her manager. She serviced several customers including a white male that she notarized a document without requesting any identification. I stayed in the store for almost an hour requesting help. By this time the truck for the day came and went, eventually delaying my new packages 5 additional days. These packages were the replacement packages for the ones that were previously damaged and lost. In addition, to the inconvenience i was more then appalled that she threatened to call the police bc i made her aware of how rude she was being. After almost an hour she called her manager Kristen. I explained to Kristen how inappropriate it was for her to threaten to call the police on a black woman for something so trival that could have been handled with better customer service. I also made Kristen aware that Zsarmaine did not request any identification from the white customer for the notary BUT requested identification from a young African American male. Kristen was able to rectify the matter and subsequently, i had no further problems from Zsarmaine. I went in today to ship three boxes. The employee (Carlos) refused to shipped my items due to how they were packed (all boxes were taped so he had no clue how they were packed). Due to the previous shipment being delayed over a week my items (juices) in the package fermented and burst (which UPS still have not provided proof for). I tried explaining to him it had nothing to do with packaging, rather the extended delay. He continued to be rude. I asked him what was the problem made him aware i was a paying customer and stated "you act like im spending monopoly money" he stated in the nastiest tone "YOU ARE". At this time, i pulled out my phone while he called the manager. He told the manager he was not shipping my items bc he did not want to be responsible. When i realized i was getting no where with him i repeatedly requested Kristen's number (i called 2 days bf for her number, which he did not provide and i politely left my name and number). I was previouly provided her number in May, but misplaced it. Carlos stated that we already gave it to you several times and im not giving it again. I left the store that was crowded with other customers feeling humilated and as if i was not valued as a customer. At this point, it was clear the sales people at this location did not value my blk dollar. It took me going through my call log, calling 5 to 6 wrong numbers, all while trying to find another shipping location for my items to be shipped in time. I eventually found her number. I was infuriated. Kristen was apologetic stated she would convey my experience with the owner. She also said she would have the owner call me within the hour. I did NOT receive a phone call. I sent Kristen a video of Carlos behavior and her nothing. This location needs to be boycotted. They do not value the blk dollar. I have witnessed first hand how Carlos and Zsarmaine treat diff customers from diff ethnic backgrounds. In addition to posting my multiple traumatizing experiences here i will post on every forum that allow reviews. read more

I recieved so much help from Dana at this store. I had to return a huge dog crate (33x49x20) and the box it came in was too battered to use. She suggested we go to a home improvement store to look for a box, as they didn't have a big enough one at the store. We brought in a massive refrigerator box and she enthusiastically and painstakingly fixed it and molded it to size, without complaint. The box was so big, it couldn't get through the front or the back door. After a little while of manipulating and breaking it back down...off it went! I appreciated her help tremendously. I was already stressed and she knew it -- she was very helpful, nice, and accommodating. Dana went above expectations. read more
