A downside is that there is a separate event space downstairs, and if something loud is going on down there you might hear it (and feel the floor vibrate). So that could be really problematic for some events. I also have a complaint about the bathroom. It is quite narrow and cramped. The ladies' room has 5 stalls, which honestly is not enough for a large event, especially since there are only a couple sinks and not a space for a larger mirror. Also - a HUGE peeve of mine - the doors of most of the stalls hang in a closed position, so to see if they are occupied you have to bend over to check if feet are there, in this very narrow space. It's not cool at all, and it's really annoying because the latches are designed in such a way that with a small amount of extra thought put in, they could indicate if the stall is occupied or empty. The building overall has been renovated so nicely and someone really dropped the ball on this aspect. It is a really lovely space, the event was enjoyable. I DEFINITELY appreciated not having to yell to have a conversation; this makes the venue a great place and accessible to groups that include guests who don't want to spend an entire event in a loud room.

She condensed what was left to be taken out, packed, and hauled items to my vehicle. I would have been there until the wee hours without her help.
