Then Comet saw the project and stated in addition to its being "too small", the sales rep who signed off on the quote and gave it to me did it INCORRECTLY. They dishonored their quote and took off running like I asked them to install signs on the moon. You'd think, "Federal contract?" Surely, they'll take this seriously. NOT Comet/Stratus. To them, if it isn't $100K+ ... they ghost harder than Casper. They referred us to another company that charged double. We lost money because they did not HONOR their signed quote. No Accountability, Zero Help from the sales rep to the manager, to the director, to the CEO. NOT one person stepped up to fix their mistake. What can I say, Big Company Energy, but small heart for small businesses. DONT EXPECT RESPECT. Save your SANITY! Skip the STRESS!! And whatever you do, don't fall for the QUOTE TRAP!
