The questions they made (and gave to us ahead of time so people could be prepared) made the interview flow like a conversation. It allowed us to have a genuine and vulnerable conversation with our client which brought us even closer as partners. It was so behind the scenes 90% of the time when they were filming us interacting I didn't even see them there which made it so much more natural.
