This is by far the absolute worst experience I have ever had getting any kind of install done. This is for an EV charger install on the exterior of my garage. I'm sitting here at home typing this review as I am wasting the FOURTH day of work over 2 long months waiting for Bobby to do his job. Bobby was a no-show for 3 of those days and never communicated with me that he wasn't coming. The day he did show up, he didn't do the job bc he said the price negotiated with my company's contractor wasn't enough. That's been resolved and he still hasn't come through. The no-shows are bad enough, but to not even communicate that you're not coming so I can salvage my day is beyond unacceptable and as unprofessional as it gets. DO NOT USE LIVEWIRE. EVER. I will post another review after the next "appointment", as I seem to be locked into using Livewire through my company. read more

Bobby has been our go-to electrician for years now - he not only does the job quickly but does it correctly (anyone who's ever had a poor electrician knows the utter mess they can make of your wiring). He is particularly good with older houses that have had multiple generations of electrical work done on them: he cuts through the nonsense and finds solutions within a few hours that can fix six decades of bad wiring. Outstanding and prompt service with fair pricing!!! My power for my garage door had gone out and before I could call garage door repair I needed to call an electrician. We had an appointment with Bobby at 9am. He sent a text explaining he was 10 minutes out at 9:20. He arrived soon after, however he did not enter our home until 10:20. He came in and accessed the situation on how to complete the service. When he ran into a situation that would require more work and time he said, " I REALLY DON'T REALLY HAVE TIME FOR THIS TODAY "! Wow! I called and they were able to come out within two hours. On the phone I explained what was wrong and sent a photo of the light switch I was having issues with. They arrived and fixed promptly. After reading several positive reviews online, I called this guy to take care of a electrical issue in my kitchen. When I called him on Tuesday, he said that he was busy but could get to it on Monday at 8am. He asked that I please text him with my name, address and a detailed description of the work needed(which I promptly did minutes after speaking with him on the phone). Within a few hours he responded to my text with "you're in my schedule". So far, so good... This morning was Monday and by 8:45 he had not yet arrived. I politely texted him asking "Any idea of what time I can expect you today? We had talked about 8am when we spoke last week." Within a few minutes he responded, saying that he had made a mistake in scheduling and asked if he could call me in 20 minutes. By 9:45, I had neither received a call or text from him as he had promised. I texted him again asking for an ETA or update. No response. Finally at 12 noon I texted him telling him that I could not wait any longer and that I had to go to work. (I had already taken 4 vacation hours from work by this time). Now, I understand that things happen. However, the fact that he never called me back and simply stopped taking my calls (and stopped responding to my texts) is what upsets me the most. Like most people, I work for a living. My time is valuable. For this guy not to show up is extremely unprofessional. After reading reviews online, he seems to be a talented electrician, however his customer service needs some improvement. If you are retired or unemployed and have endless hours to wait around for someone whom may or may not show up, then perhaps this guys is for you. However, if your time is valuable, and you need an electrician who will show up when scheduled and return your calls, then I suggest you look elsewhere. read more
