They did not inform anyone of what happened and still have not. We wouldn't have known if my grandma hadn't said anything. No one is taking accountability and trying to place blame everywhere else. Very disappointing. The facility and staff seem very kind and considerate however every time I have gone in. The facility is clean. I really wish this accident didn't happen otherwise I'd have a much different review.

During the years she lived at this assisted living facility, she received loving and compassionate care from the staff. Her caregivers were all excellent as well as the the chef, maintenance man, hair stylist and director, Wendy. I consider those staff members who have stayed in board and worked tirelessly with the residents at Paramount to keep them happy and well during the challenging times of the Covid pandemic super heroes. I also so appreciated how kind the staff members were to me and other family members who would stop in to visit grandma. I really think Paramount Parks is one of the best assisted living facilities in Idaho. It's clean, beautifully decorated and in a wonderful location as well. My grandma had nurses from Signature Hospice care for her the last year of her life. Two of those nurses told me that they think Paramount Parks is one of the best facilities in the valley and that really meant a lot since they see patients who reside in many different facilities.

For the most part they were Pretty awesome) then she needed assisted-living until she could get strong enough to go home. It was very important for the siblings to easily visit her, so location was a high priority. After a lot of research and high recommendations we chose Paramount Parks in Eagle. We could not be happier!! This is due, in large part, to Jennifer Hoffman who does a fantastic job helping to run Paramount. She has been exemplary in all her actions and has gone above and beyond all of our hopeful expectations. She helped to make the transition painless, simple and actually kind of fun for Mom. Jenn sets the precedents for the rest of her staff. They are attentive, kind, and on top of the needs of their "family" at Paramount. Mom says she loves the food & having choices (it's not my favorite place to eat but I'm a spoiled foodie, and since she's the one eating there, we are both happy! ) They have the usual activities that most of the nicer places have. But also stand out in other areas, like having a Memory Care Center on site. It is totally separate and very secure. So Nice to know, if ever needed, it would be an easy transition. Mom and the family have been very happy with Paramount Parks. We feel so much gratitude and appreciation towards Paramount Parks. Highly recommend it.

In my everything is connected to everything else mind, I thought that self important (yes, that is a value judgment) wingnut ought to spend some time in this excellent neurological rehab hospital in either the in patient or out patient section to observe human beings who are dealing with real life challenges, unlike his lettuce mix up. Please! Which led me to say as an outpatient here, I have had a progressive central nervous system disease since my college years and was in need of skilled physical therapy intervention to assist in some evolving challenges, that the staff is top notch at every step and the neuro PT trained expertise could not be better. Bravo and brava all around. And I'll bring this full circle to say something about the fact that there is a cafeteria here, 4th floor, in patient and outpatient care on 2nd floor, that is pretty darned decent for healthy food and has gluten free (alas, my current medical professional suggested mode) options too for rock bottom prices. (Of course I had to try it out. :-) ) PS...since this is in patient hospital they are continuing to be very COVID safe. Covid questions and temp screening at lobby to enter, treatment masks required and if you didn't bring one, they will provide one for you.

For me the key to healing after rotator cuff surgery, was to listen to Jason and follow through with all the exercises he taught me and rest. She loved her room and the staff. We feel so blessed that she was in their care during her final days. The entire staff treated her like a queen, made her feel wanted and loved! Keri, the director, Jessica, the assistant director, Rochelle the nurse, O.G the chef, and Michelle the activities director; along with the rest of the care givers, have made this difficult transition a positive experience. The facility is beautiful! It looks like Joanna Gaines designed it herself. The food is soooo good. Even my little boys love to visit their grandparents! Children are welcomed and encouraged to visit. There's a 24 hr ice cream parlor. The memory care suites look exactly like assisted living, and every room is private! The staff treat us like family! They provided 24 hour nursing support, chaplain services, and a therapy dog. My sister and I needed guidance at this critical end-time of my father's long-term illness and Treasure Valley came though brilliantly. They listened to us and our concerns, they kept dad comfortable. They prayed with us. They provided tactical support on items like removal of the deceased, and a letter I could use to reimburse last-minute airline changes. I cannot imagine navigating this difficult even without the outstanding staff at Treasure Valley.

I, like millions of children out there, have experienced homelessness as a child and homelessness is something that is very near and dear to me. As a child, I grew up in a drug home and we lived many nights in our van, the park, homeless shelter (Opportunity House in Vacaville, Ca.), and in a park. As a child this wasn't easy, as an adult, I could only imagine. We've seen the issue in our community with homeless, most recently the tragedy of a young girls life at the Boise Walmart. This review isn't here to debate why people are homeless, it's to review a non-profit agency that is taking this issue into their hands and supporting individuals to end homelessness. I heard about CATCH from my partner, George, who was looking for community resources to help one of his employees who's been sleeping in their car. This review is based solely on research and word-of-mouth to bring community awareness and resources for our loved ones and other members in need in Idaho. I have not used their services. I will be adding both of their locations to Yelp and using primarily the same review. This is CATCH's first review and my 438th Yelp review. CATCH has three programs: Housing Placement and Rental Assistance-- help build a Housing Plan together to you find an affordable home in your name. They will sponsor the application fee, security deposit, and rent (eligibility requirements must be met). They offer as much rental assistance as is needed to stabilize you, which varies family-to-family. Case Management-- this is a person that stays with you after you've found a place. They will help you set long-term goals and help minimize the risk of recidivism. I've done Case Management and its some of the most rewarding and hard work I've done. They become a partner of yours. There to listen and help you help yourself. Financial Independence-- they partner with other providers, locally, to help you and your income. According to their website, they offer financial literacy, budget counseling, and job development skills needed to ensure that your income is sustainable enough to maintain your housing. The partner with Mountain West Bank to match your savings up to $500, which to me, is incredible! Way to go Mountain West Bank! She worked tirelessly to find my dad a place that was perfect for him and, more importantly, affordable for us. She does all the hard work from contacting and emailing people to getting their rates and looking into what facilities provide for their residents. Seriously, I was a nervous wreck when I knew my dad needed more help than what was being provided. Not to mention he can be very difficult to get along with. Having Charity only a text away was incredibly convenient and she helped me navigate whatever I needed. I could go on, but I wanted to keep it brief. I highly recommend Charity at Boise Care Connections, she will get it done for you.
