I have fibromyalgia so need very specific pressure. He accommodates and still manages to give me more than the light, oily rub that most others do when they find out they can't use deep pressure. I often use coupons like groupon or dealfind to get massages. So that will tell you two things - I've tried a lot of places - and I don't like paying full price! Then August 19, 2020 I booked another appointment for my significant other, the appointment was cancelled without reason, I called and Ashley thought it was strange and said she would call back. Then the strangest email came stating they were uncomfortable with behaviour during the past massage.... WHAT!!! We are the most straight and narrow, well behaved people, and have no idea what Craig the owner is talking about. We have never had something like this happen, we are shocked, insulted and disappointed. I feel the need to write this review let people know to be aware that accusations here seem to be very loose! I hope they figure this out, and expect an apology.
