Beware -- do not use this company. I purchased a sofa in December and immediately had issues with the delivery since it was being shipped to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The couch was not delivered on the promised date, which should have been my first warning sign. In April, my son's friend became sick and accidentally got sick on the new couch. I filed a protection claim, and two weeks later a technician finally came out. Instead of properly addressing the issue by replacing the inside cushion padding, he simply sprayed chemicals on the couch and started giving explanations about PhD studies, alkali levels, and why the couch was supposedly "fine." Completely unprofessional and dismissive. I then went into the store seeking assistance, but Living Spaces management basically told me there was nothing they could do. Once they have your payment, they wash their hands of everything. I filed a second claim because the original issue was never resolved. Now they continue sending appointment dates after I already explained we would not be available and specifically requested a different technician. They are completely ignoring my requests and continue sending the same dates over and over. Absolutely terrible customer service and warranty support and you can't get a physical person on the phone. read more

***BUYER BEWARE...This Company Does Not Stand By Their Products*** In April of 2025 I moved to the Houston area and needed to furnish my new home office. I stopped by Living Spaces and found a number of things I liked, starting with the purchase of an L-Shaped desk from their Nate Berkus line. Fast forward to 9 months later and the desk, which apparently although heavy is not real wood, began to crack and peel along the inside edges, leaving sharp splinters that stuck in my skin and clothing when I sat at the desk to work. I contacted Living Spaces, which is not easy, because the phone number routes through a call center and you CANNOT reach anyone in the store unless you show up. At any rate, I had to jump through a number of hoops to file a complaint. While the $900 desk is now still less than a year old, I was told that, "The warranty applies only to functional defects related to materials or workmanship..." Wait...WHAT? Isn't the finish peeling off an item and resulting in sharp splinters a functional defect related to the materials?!!!? At any rate, no one at Living Spaces was interest in making good on my purchase. I can assure you that I will NEVER buy another piece of cheap, poorly manufactured furniture there again. We came in to browse for sofas on three separate days and had a great experience each time. Associates approached us as soon as we entered to gauge what we were looking for and guided us to the right areas. Eventually, after browsing at several stores and getting an idea of what set we wanted, we came in with the intent to buy. Ken helped us tremendously and gave us excellent suggestions and points to consider as we narrowed our choices between a handful of sofas. He gave us enough information to make our own decision without getting pressured as well as the space for us to make our final decision. In the end, we ended up getting the most expensive of our choices, but we felt it to be the highest quality product with cushions that would age the best. Also, many of their furniture color palettes are SUPER customizable, and don't take forever to ship. We are pleased with our purchase, and will update our review if we encounter any issues during delivery. Looking forward to coming back to outfit our new home with additional decor from here. I stopped by this location on a Wednesday around noon to shop for a sectional couch. I was greeted at the door and after I started looking Keith came over to help me. He spent an hour going through the store, discussing fabric pros and cons. Since I have a very large, black dog that played into my decision on fabric and color. I went to a few other stores after this visit but couldn't find the vast assortment of choices. I'll be going back tomorrow to buy from Keith. read more

Do NOT do business with the place. Long story short, we bought a sectional because the sales person, Ken, told us that the cushion covers could be removed and thrown into the wash. After purchased and decided to clean a spot (~1 month later), we discovered it was dry clean only. Filed a complaint with the store, and they said there was nothing they could do since it was outside of the return window. Spoke multiple times with with the store manager, Latoya, and she refused to anything to make it right even though sales supervisor, Adam, said that we could look at a refund due to, I quote, "the sales persons misrepresentation of the sofa you purchased". You cannot call the store.. the 877 customer service has to put in a request for the store to call you, but then there's no accountability because beyond that they say there's nothing they can do. Been couch shopping for over a year and finally walked into Living Spaces in Friendswood. Desiree knew exactly what I was looking for and we were out of there in less than an hour w my couch ordered. I am so disappointed with management and the lack of help from them. I went in to purchase couches and I went in pretty late in the day. They close at 9pm on Sunday and I went in around 8:15. I decided to go ahead and purchase a set instead of going home and thinking about the purchase. When I got home I realized the couches were too big for my space. I called early the next day to modify my pieces and I was told I needed to pay 25% fee to make any changes since I had until 8 PM OF THE PURCHASE DAY to make changes. How is it possible for me to cancel or make changes before 8PM if my purchase was after that time??? I would expect the policy to apply to the NEXT business day considering it was already after that time frame. I was interested in buying other furniture but after speaking with management and them just saying "yeaaaaa sorry" I'll be taking my business elsewhere. read more

My husband and I had a wonderful experience buying our second couch from Living Spaces all thanks to Becca. She is by far the best sales person I've ever worked with while picking out furniture. She is so genuine, easy going, and not at all pushy. It was a breath of fresh air because our first two times in the store we were BOMBARDED every two seconds by super pushy, needy, overbearing sales associates. Becca was the complete opposite. I could tell she genuinely wanted to help us find the perfect couch. Not only did she take me to see each couch I had on my list one by one, but she got such a good sense of our taste, that she actually showed us the couch we ended up buying (not originally on our list). She is so knowledgable about the furniture, fabrics, and styles. I learned so much from working with her, and it truly made me feel even more confident in our couch/fabric selections. Becca was so patient with us because we actually went into the store about 4-5 times over the course of a month or two because we wanted to feel really confident in our purchase. Each time we came in, Becca greeted us so warmly and remembered what we had seen/discussed the previous visits. So awesome!
