Owner told me it would probably be ready Monday / Tuesday. I get a phone call just before 5:00 - they're all finished! The guy pushed through to complete my request to get the shirts back today. I took my five month old embroidery machine that I purchased at Allbrands, in on May 3rd due to the wheel no longer turning . I was told there were 2 machines in front of mine. Today is July 30th and I Still don't have my machine back. I have called numerous times, contacted Brother directly and feel so overlooked and neglected. We all loved the vast selection of beads - there are so many different colors, types, and cute Halloween themed offerings as well! Holly is very helpful in assisting you with picking out color themes or bead types that would go well together. We strung our beads and were all so happy with the results! They are priced either by the bead or by the string, so I went for a few of each and made a matching bracelet, necklace and earring set. I also got a couple Christmas themed earrings for fun!
