My sister and I visited Living Spaces 2 weeks ago on a Saturday. As we walked through the front entrance, there were at least 3-4 customer service reps in all black clothes standing in a row facing the front entrance. Not one of them greeted us nor asked if they could help us find something. They just stood there and talked amongst themselves. There is no way they didn't see us as we had to walk up close to them to turn down an aisle. Needless to say, we won't be back. The sales person who took our sofa order was rather cold and detached - surprising for a "sales" person. It was comical to us! Then she told us we'd need to pay for delivery, prices, etc. We explained we understood there would be free delivery - which she then admitted but asserted that it'd be better for us to pay because they'd bring the sofa into the home versus "dropping it off on our doorstep", & "there's so much trash, it'd fill our can" (packing material) to dispose of. They lie about availability and lead you on... they may have some decent looking stuff but fact of the matter is they are terrible at delivering. My advice, don't bother! The place needs a new management I went to find a specific sofa upon entering the place there is a guy I will assume he is the traffic director he will ask you what are you looking for and points out the location,I went to the place I was directed to and there was no help in sight I mean no one to answer your questions just furnitures every where and no one to help you out. Don't purchase the Carefree Warrant service. All they have to say is that it is normal wear and tear and it's not covered. We have seams separating on 2 cushions and filed a claim which was rejected claiming they determined it to be normal wear and tear. Our claim was rejected. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I received a defective piece of furniture, and instead of resolving the issue quickly, the entire process became frustrating and unreasonable. They could not get me a replacement piece until the final day of my 7-day return window, leaving me with only a few hours to inspect it and decide whether to return it. They even suggested I keep the defective item for a discount instead of offering a proper exchange. When I asked for a simple extension of my return window because the delay was on their end, the request was denied. I was told I would have to decide right after exchange of the new chair and that returning the items would still result in a 10% restocking fee. There was no accountability, no flexibility, and no real customer service. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend this company to anyone. read more

We had the worst delivery experience with Living Spaces and as mentioned in other reviews, the follow up from management and corporate was very disappointing. We purchased two bedrooms sets that were set-up in the wrong rooms. Despite explaining in great detail where they should have been, they refused to move them in the right rooms. THEY FORGED our signature and left without even fully assembling the beds! There is no way to call the local store to speak with anyone so I went to the store directly. To my face they assured me they would send a "rescue team" out to fix the mix-up. After waiting 24 hours and not receiving any feedback, I followed up with corporate. April said someone would call me back in 24 hours. No-one did. The next day someone else from corporate said the same thing. Its now been 4 days and no answer or follow up. That 877-line is just a third party customer service. They can't make decisions and even if you end up speaking to someone at corporate, they don't care and will not do anything to help. If this happens to you, call your merchant and dispute the delivery charge. EDIT: Not only did they not finish putting one of the beds together, but the other bed came with cracks all over the base. When they were screwing in the nails, they went too deep and it broke through the wood. Yes, their sales people are great. Yes, they have a cool area for kids and $2 drinks. What is the point of buying furniture at Living Spaces if it comes broken and unfinished with zero help from management. Stick with Matthis or any other furniture store. read more

If you are a military family living on base do not purchase in OKC. They use a 3rd party to deliver furniture and no one at that company can get on base. I had 2 failed deliveries and each time they told their company the base was on lock down. This was not true as I met the 1st drivers off base but they couldn't get on base with their ID's. Living Spaces wanted to charge me 15% restocking fee and not return my $99 delivery fee even though I had no furniture to show for it. I called multiple times to their customer service department for weeks in Mexico (by the way) to get refunded. It was a nightmare of calls that no one buying thousands of dollars worth of furniture should have to deal with any of this. read more

I ordered two custom arm chairs that were scheduled for delivery on October 14th. That day came and went with no delivery and absolutely no notification that anything was wrong. I only found out there was an issue because I called THEM to ask where my order was. Since then, I've rescheduled four separate delivery dates. Each time, I had to take time off work to be home -- and every single delivery was canceled, again with no explanation and no proactive communication. I've now wasted multiple days waiting around for furniture that may not even exist. The most frustrating part? No one can tell me what's going on with my order. I've spoken to multiple reps and not a single person can tell me whether my chairs are actually made, lost, delayed, or forgotten. I just keep getting the same scripted apologies with zero real answers. At this point, I have no furniture, no timeline, and no confidence in this company. We went in to Living Spaces in Oklahoma City to view a couch we had been eyeing for awhile on their website. So glad we did because turns out we didn't like it and ended up falling in love with this other couch. Brandon was our guy that helped us. He was great and the process to order and pay was a breeze. Delivery for the couch was supposed to be up to 3-4 weeks but we received it a week earlier! The delivery guys were amazing and hooked up everything nicely. One of the armless chairs wasn't able to fit in our living area so we had to send one back but they made the process very easy to do so. There was a 10% restocking fee, but that's about it. The company called afterwards to make sure everything was good and to do the refund. We will definitely be getting our furniture for our bedroom from here in the future. We have had our couch for about a couple of weeks now. Watched a few movies and the whole family loves it. My husband and I have bad backs and neck and this couch is the best for that. I had high hopes since I spent a lot of money on this "custom" couch. I picked a couch that's close to $3500. I paid the full delivery including bringing it in, building it, and removing any boxes. I wanted the same couch displayed. Nothing changed. But it's still considered customized which really confused me. Anyways.. the wait is over 4 weeks. They said they will call to schedule after the couch is built. They never called so I ended up calling. Come to find out, they charge EXTRA to deliver on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday Monday. $10-20 extra on top of full delivery which I think is very unfair to any buying customer. They arent true to their words. I ended up paying for Saturday because I was off. On top of paying extra, my product came damaged and now I have to wait for a replacement that is taking a bit more time than expected. Unhappy with how things are going at the moment. Hopefully we get a replacement asap. Update: they never reached out. I ended up calling and I have to wait another 8 weeks for them to deliver. Once deliver I have to be the one to call to appoint someone to come out and build and replace for me. Such a hassle. read more

Following up on prior review. My furniture was damaged when delivered. The subcontractor that Living Spaces sends to repair their damaged furniture has also performed poorly so far, named Furniture Solutions Network -- they scheduled me for yesterday during a 4-hour time slot, for which I have to take off work. The repairman for Furniture Solutions is a no-show; calls me about 20 minutes AFTER the scheduled appointment and reschedules for the next morning at 9:00 am, for which I have to take off more work. The repairman calls 20 minutes before arrival, but it is now 40 minutes past the time he said he'd arrive. What is going on? This has been a cluster all around. It's been just under a week since my chair arrived so we'll see how this review ages. That said, I had a great experience with Living Spaces. I was a bit hesitant to check out the showroom based on reviews, but the store staff was so nice! No shopper stalkers, but we were greeted upon entry and explained we knew what we wanted. They had a light color of the chair in the showroom (Bixby Swivel) and it was comfy and sturdy. The quality of the fabric felt just as nice as my other furniture from Mathis. The entire sales process took maybe 10 minutes max. Didn't even have time to get a $2 beer. I opted for the indoor delivery option (which basically just ensures they don't leave your stuff outside). I ordered in the showroom on Tuesday and delivery was scheduled for Sunday 9am-12pm. I was told I'd get an update on Saturday before. I did get a confirmation/reminder email; but no one actually called me leading up to or the day of delivery. That morning I was lucky to wake to the knock at a little after 9. The delivery person was kind and quickly got my box inside my apartment. Unboxing was super easy. I'd definitely recommend them off my experience. read more

Took off work got ride of our old coaches and to get ready for a the delivery of our 4K dollar coach only to have it not show up. Not only is it not showing up it's still on back order even though my wife and I received multiple texts and emails saying that it will be here on 08/06/2024 from 8-10. There was no communication from the living-spaces saying that our coach was on back order still. This is unexplainable and I am disappointed in the lack of communication that was given. Now my wife and I have to wait with no coach for who knows how long until living spaces gets the thumb out of there butt and tells us where and when our coach will be here. The service is sketchy - I got sick of hearing no commissions and I will post when I get the things I ordered

I am not interested in emailing whatever address you disclosed, as I specifically asked to speak with the store manager. Your company does not value their customers. The next time I set down to address the issue, is to write a complaint on the BBB website and submit a complaint to the Oklahoma Attorney General's office to make them aware of your company's shady behavior. I think it is pretty stupid for such a large company not to have a direct number to the store. I paid $4002.83 for a bedroom set ($5202.83 if you count the double charge.) I don't understand the incompetence of handling the situation. When we made the purchase; we authorized one card to be charged $2800.00, the second card to be charged $1202.83. It's been 2 months and only spoke to the store manager twice to resolve the issue at the end of April, was told it would be investigated, and I would get a call back, here's a shocker I never heard back from her; nor do I have a direct number to follow up, I sent messages on Facebook asking for a follow up call. I have not received a follow up call. There is no help from synchrony bank, as this is a company issue that has to be fixed on your end. I expressed how important it was to correct this issue asap, as putting the $1202.83 charge on the wrong account has affected the customers credit score, it shows that account is over the credit limit more than 100% utilized, causing the credit score to drop. Having negative items on credit score can affect a customer financially for future loans, or even be denied. This is not how we handle or finances, or have history of maxing out credit limits, your company's mistake has caused a burden on customers. Your company's lack of respect, and concern for their customers is pathetic, and unprofessional, when this was brought to the store managers attention, it should have been resolved that day, instead it's 60 + days later and still waiting for it to be resolved. I asked for a copy of the charge receipts where it showed what customer # 1 signed for on their charge account and customer # 2 signed for, and obviously we haven't received that either. Obviously when the store closes, cash, charge, etc has to be balanced, somehow this wasn't caught? Very shady business practice. read more

We bought a Zane custom upholstered motion sofa and matching motion rocking chair from LivingSpaces in March 2023. When the 2 headrest motors on the sofa both failed 6 months after delivery, we requested Warranty repair service. After 3 months of back and forth, including a repair technician visit, management has determined that the motors and switches can not be replaced. We were offered an exchange of equal or lesser value. The custom fabric we love is no longer available, and our sofa's features are now only available for more money. We will not be upsold because LivingSpaces sold furniture (with custom upholstery) that they say could not be fixed. Zane power motion furniture is very much in-store at OKC LivingSpaces. Clearly, Zane mechanism and electrical parts are available. Be aware that upselling is an easy way to make money out of a warranty. LivingSpaces will not receive ANY recommendation from us. read more

My wife and I honestly felt that overwhelmed. This place is huge heck it's a one story furniture mall. Now once you enter the staff is cool and doesn't cool and doesn't constantly follow you around: this place has a sleep section for mattresses, has four miniature houses inside to pick from and has a bar and a children's play area bigger than most McDonald's. If you've got the time to shop and need a drink in between this place is for you. Just don't expect to spend less than an hour in here. Overall it's not too shabby if you've got time on your hands and are in need to meet your step goal! read more

Buyer beware, and be sure to read ALL the reviews regarding this furniture retailer. I regret that I didn't before purchasing an economically-priced pub table and four chairs from Living Spaces OKC. After the sales person assured us that the chairs would arrive assembled--they did not--we selected the free delivery option which consisted of an email and a drop off at the front door. Sadly, we did get what we paid for, and the table top arrived damaged. After calling customer service, I was instructed to email photos of the damaged areas. I did so and awaited a call back with next steps. The customer service rep called an hour later to say, yes, the table is damaged. However, a technician will still need to come by our home to take a look, and we'll receive a call within 24 hours to set up an appointment. Only then can the table top be replaced. We cannot exchange it at the store ourselves nor does it matter that we reported the damage immediately after it was delivered and unpacked. As a retail manager and customer service trainer in my former work life, this replacement system seems unnecessary, arbitrary and time-consuming given that we called customer service immediately after it was delivered and unpacked. After reading ALL the reviews on Google and Yelp after this experience, I am confident that this will be my last purchase from Living Spaces. I am not as confident that this issue will be resolved without additional frustration. read more

Wanted to love this place- decent pricing but awful delivery system and customer service. After purchasing 3 barstools, a dining table and 4 chairs, and a bed frame... 1/3 barstools were delivered broken. 1/4 chairs were missing hardware and broke while someone was sitting in it and the bed frame was delayed on delivery 4+ weeks. The issue is - in requesting replacements on the defective items... they just come pick up the damaged item and refund without delivering NEW products? Huh. They also use email as their form of communication to let you know they're on their way to get the item. So basically stay at home for half the day so we can snail mail you correspondence of our ETA. After 3 actual deliveries and 3 days of supposed deliveries that never happened, I still have a damaged piece of furniture. I told them I wanted to return everything because I'm done dealing with their damaged deliveries and now they're saying I am beyond their return policy... even though I still don't have all 5, undamaged pieces. They cancelled/didn't schedule my pick up for today and NO ONE at Living Spaces bothered to call and leave me a voicemail message or send me an email about it. Now they are saying, Saturday, June 15th is the soonest they can come pick up this defective furniture from my house and process my return. I purchased an ottoman in March. In May I noticed the fabric was peeling on all 4 corners on the welt cord. Contacted the store right away. Two weeks later was notified by email that they would not be able to do anything because we didn't purchase the care warranty, and we had, had it for too long to know if the peeling was from craftsmanship. I certainly expected a $600 ottoman to last longer than 2 months. Buyer Beware Living Spaces does not stand behind their products for any amount of time. I got a two piece sectional and it's a good couch, but I ONLY GOT HALF OF IT. They said it would be delivered mid November, which it was, but they didn't tell us that both pieces would be shipped separately. We got the first half, but now they are saying that the other half won't be here for another month at least. Visited this store today to shop for a new complete living room set. Walked the entire store, sat on many sofas that I was interested in purchasing. Sales associates saw me looking and kept walking. It was more important for them to have their little group gossip going on than selling. Found a beautiful leather sofa and love seat I wanted to buy, no one offered. Told the guy at the front door, his apology wasn't sincere. I guess this is why the parking lot always looks empty, no service.
