I followed the instructions exactly, and a part became permanently jammed into another during normal use. When I contacted them, I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable. Instead of taking care of a customer who had just spent over $11,000, they wanted me to pay $30 in shipping for a replacement part worth around $10. That isn't good customer service--it's nickel-and-diming customers after the sale. The issue isn't the amount of money. It's the principle. Businesses that value long-term customer relationships understand that taking care of a loyal customer is worth far more than squeezing a few extra dollars out of them. As a result, they've lost all of my future business. I won't be buying chemicals, accessories, replacement parts, or recommending this store to anyone. I'll be buying locally or from Amazon instead, where customer service is often far better. If you're considering spending thousands of dollars here, ask yourself how you'll be treated once they've already got your money. I told we could easily just leave and he proceeded to argue with me that he wasn't pressuring. No ability to read the needs of a customer. No respect for the customer boundaries. I flicked his card back at him and we left. Never returning. Don't bother coming here unless you like being told you're wrong for not wanting to be bothered.

Her customer service is amazing, and she definitely kept me from breaking down over my pool pump going out in the middle of this 100 degree weather. I was there during the end of the holiday season and again, while it was decorated well, it wasn't over the top cluttered. Staff might have been more helpful but it was a busy time of gift selling!
