There was still visible dirt in the car and when I pointed it out he got mad. Then, my cash app paid them twice somehow and he refused to refund me, yelled at me via text and threatened me. He kept saying that his wife was going to check their records then not responding to me. So I told him that I had proof on my cash app and my bank statement and offered to bring it to him. He declined and said that doesn't mean they received the money. After continuing to contact him about my $175 that they STOLE from me he sent me $50 on "good faith", said he didn't owe me anything and to leave him alone. This company is TRASH! Tried making me feel stupid and when I told him I KNOW it's my EVAP, he goes "No, it's your wheel bearing and suspension." *cue EVAP code on the code reader* Idiots. Immediately went to my regular mechanic for a second opinion and he turned off my check engine light, explained the problem, added steering fluid, test drived it around the block, AND cleared me for my road trip. I called a couple places, but they weren't able to get me in quick enough and/or the prices seemed a little high (what I'd expect to pay in California). I ended up calling Mobile Shine on a weekend and he was able to get me in the next day, at a reasonable price. The car covered in bugs and grime on the outside, and goldfish crackers and other kid-nastiness on the inside, looked nearly new when Adam was done with it. I didn't think to take pics, wish I had. Because the before and after were remarkable. I would definitely recommend this shop for your detailing needs.
