This guy has a potentially huge edge in the market because he comes to you. He will detail your car right in your own driveway at whatever time you set with him. I talked with him a little bit after he was done and he said he had been a detailer at Al Serra, which is where he learned to do the work, so this is more than a well meaning guy with a vacuum cleaner, he knows what he's doing. He took his time with my vehicle and did quality work, including making way more progress on some stains on the passenger seat than I had been able to make despite my many attempts. Highly recommended.

Tried making me feel stupid and when I told him I KNOW it's my EVAP, he goes "No, it's your wheel bearing and suspension." *cue EVAP code on the code reader* Idiots. Immediately went to my regular mechanic for a second opinion and he turned off my check engine light, explained the problem, added steering fluid, test drived it around the block, AND cleared me for my road trip. The owner even insisted that I come back and get one extra cleaning done at no charge just for good measure. This team is unbelievably hard working. I'll definitely be using and referring them for anything in their scope!

My Experience of a basic car wash: I have a newer model vehicle and what i like about this particular car wash most is that my paint on my vehicle doesn't get scratched during the washing process. (I've been to other facilities that have made minor scratches in the paint of the vehicle.) They owner is very friendly and ALWAYS smiling and is there most of the time realing you in starting your car washing experience by asking what service would you like, collecting your money then proceeding with a tool to hand brush/rinse your vehicle before starting the automatic washing process. Going through the car wash is not grand but for some reason I always enjoy the experience of the classic 'car wash' Going through the part of multiple giant filled white soapy flaps gently flowing back and forth cleaning over the entire vehicle, a sprayer that rinses the soap from the vehicle from all sides, then a huge mechanism that looks like the base part of a vacuum gently comes down and removes excess water by using forces of air that blows most of the water off (reminds me of a huge hair blow dryer...lol) and lastly your met at the end of the line by a worker that quickly hand dries your entire vehicle. At this point you can leave a tip if you like and your sent on your way smiling in your shiny vehicle...Vrooom! So I love love this place and will continue to come here! I took a vehicle to Tuffy for an alignment. They told me it needed $900 in parts for a total of…read more$1,200. Three weeks later while having a tire repaired I was told the wheel they worked on was loose and the parts were not properly installed. I returned it to Tuffy who agreed to fix there prior work but wanted $350 to replace tie rods on the other front wheel...those parts were NEW. I pointed that out and they said ok but wouldn't align it under the warranty because there had been work done. THEIR SHODDY WORK! I then took it to the shop that installed the other tie rods and they said it could never have been aligned it was so far off. Over charged, they need two tries to repair the tie rod installation and charged me for an alignment that wasn't performed. I'm reporting it to the Consumer Protection office and considering other legal remedies. This was only one shop, but I won't likely ever use Tuffy again.
