I will be honest, I was expecting a much larger facility and was a bit hesitant when I parked. I am very happy to say that my hesitation was completely unfounded. They did an AMAZING job. I can't begin to tell you how happy I am with the job they did on the inside of my vehicle. "Looks like the day you got it" was said to me. I disagree...it looks BETTER than the day I took delivery of it, and it was brand new off the showroom floor. I extend my gratitude and my praise to all those that worked on my vehicle and for having it ready more than 30 minutes ahead of the promised time. When I spoke to the employees on multiple different occasions I asked to speak to the owner about any possible solutions since my truck had been there the longest out of anything the employees had seen. He flat out refused. He would not speak to me and he would not offer any customer service to his record holding customer. The employees helped me as much as they could, however the owner shows no ownership to his business or customers. It's unprofessional and frankly just lazy on his part. The employees were good, and the work was good however with the complete disregard the owner shows customers I would avoid this place. He will ignore any problems that arise while you are there and insist his employees do the bare minimum to help you.
