I am so grateful I chose this establishment. Dr. Grace Paddock was the most knowledgeable, professional and helpful hearing doctor I have ever experienced. She helped explain every single aspect of the newest technology available today. If I could give them more than 5 Stars, I definitely would. I don't give out a lot of reviews, but when I experience a business that goes well beyond even my high expectations, I feel that I need to let others know. Crawford and Washburn were extremely supportive, even with my being a new patient. The staff treated me professionally, and everyone had the "health care attitude" you want in a provider. Dr. Crawford administered my hearing test and really took the time to explain the process to me, as well as the results. I feel like she is new to being a doctor, but she did so well, I am sure she will have a brilliant career ahead of her.

When I was visiting, I found she couldn't sync one of her hearing aids to her phone. I called the business and they seem nice on the phone so I thought I'd give a try to see if they they could help. I told them we could only sync one of the two hearing aids and then went in to see if they could solve the situation. They told me it would be $40. This struck me as poor service for the very expensive product they provided but I decided it would be worth to make the hearing aids fully usefull. After 20 minutes they told me only one could be synced because she had lost one and replaced it (through the insurance she had paid for). They'd given her one that could not sync with the other. It strikes me that they had not fulfilled their contract at this point because they had not replaced the lost one with one that was as functional. In any case, though they had provided a faulty replacement product and couldn't help me they Informed me it was still their policy charge $40 for doing absolutely nothing to resolve problems with the faulty product they had provided.

Having worked with this store and staff for about 7 months…read morefrom start to finish, I can say that each of the three staff members are a good team and seem to genuinely care about each of their patients and work hard to take care of them, whether it is a routine visit or a problem. Fabiola Carrillo runs a pretty efficient ship when it comes to scheduling, follow-up visits and reminder calls to help avoid missed appts or accomodating changes in schedule. She is also very helpful in the office and saves wait time by assisting with other tasks to get me on my way quickly. My primary specialist is Jacoby Tanner and he does a great job working out all the testing, configuration and calibration tweaking. They worked with my insurance and were able to get me a very high quality device. The office is clean, easy to locate and park at. As an ongoing hearing aid user, I look forward to years of service with this team.

They always help make sure my hearing aids are well tuned and all components working properly. A couple of weeks ago I noticed my left hearing aid wasn't working properly Charmain had me bring in my aid right away no appointment needed, I got bad news that the unit had to go back to Oticon for repair Charmain made sure to expedite the unit via UPS I was kept informed of the status and was called a week later that it was ready. I didn't worry one second I know it will be resolved and I would be just fine Thank you so much for continuously providing executive level support!!! In the best way possible, she comes off as a true caregiver rather than a more clinical physician. She and her office assistant, Jenkyns, were very helpful with the collection of my paperwork and exam results for my VA process. They both were quick and responsive with communication both before and after my appointment. I would readily go back to her for any ear-related issues.

I give this 1 star due to unethical practices of Audiology Hearing Aid Center in Euless. In…read moreDecember 2024 I had met my deductible and OOP, so my insurance paid 100% of the billed allowable for my hearing aids. My insurance EOB said I owed zero. Audiology Hearing Aid Center tried to collect the difference in the amount they billed and what the insurance paid. It's called balance billing the patient and not legal Fast forward to today. I lost one of my hearing aids so I pulled out my paperwork from Audiology Hearing Aid Center to see what the replacement warranty is. Per the written document from them, the warranty is 3 years for damage or loss and the deductible is $500. I spoke to another provider today and found out the actual deductible with Signia for loss of a hearing aid is $400; not $500 and the warranty is 4 years, not 3. If you have insurance, only agree to pay what your insurance says you owe.
