Because of Airrosti, I have been able to avoid long-term chiropractic care and/or medication. This therapy is nothing short of a miracle. My only fear is that it is not covered by Medicare. Praying that will come to be soon! If you choose Airrosti, be prepared for a full one hour session. Approximately half of that will be evaluation followed by hands-on treatment consisting of deep muscle/myofascial release of trigger points. Then, you will spend the remainder of the session learning how to perform therapeutic exercises and use of an "Airrosti ball" (my terminology) to do your own release therapy at home. If the recommendation is to "tape" you, let them do it. Amazing what a difference it makes. I've used Airrost to correct neck problems caused by a serious injury in 2008 and a shoulder injury that began in 2011 and for which I had been through three previous rounds of traditional physical therapy including two occasions of steroid injections and several sessions of chiropractic care.
