My wife argued with her and said she couldn't possibly have missed a future appointment and needed to get in sooner. She was offered a time the next morning at 9 am. Since we live 60 miles away and more than an hour drive she told her she needed a later time. After explaining repeatedly how difficult it was for her to get up and get everything done in time to be there that early, the lady told her that was impossible and to just find another ophthalmologist.

The price was very reasonable for such a professional job. They prayed with me before they began (I think they do it before every procedure... that was also very comforting and provided a lot of peace). I would definitely recommend Gold Eye Clinic's Lasik procedure; they did great! Life-changing for sure... I'm very grateful. (Update: It's been about 4 years since they fixed my eyesight, and I can still see great with no issues other than initial dry-eyes directly after procedure that went away after about a year).

I left with a new…read moreprescription, but once I got home I realized there might have been an error, so I called the office the next day, and then three more calls within three days (4 in total), two of which were sent to a supervisor, yet as of this morning (6 work days later), I haven't received a call back from anyone who could answer my question. I did get a call from the office telling me someone would call within 24 hours...but no call. I asked for a time that the call would come, so I would be available (work and all), but was told they couldn't do that. I carried my phone with me for a week, waiting. Disappointed doesn't cover how I feel about this situation.

There were absolutely no complaints - until the associate took me to a table to pick out frames and order my glasses. The lady was less than courteous. She was very abrupt and treated me as if I didn't belong there. After asking if I had seen a doctor, I told her that he walked me over there. She mumbled something about people come in and sit there before seeing a doctor. My file was placed next to the table if she had bothered to check first. I felt very uncomfortable with her so we got my prescription and left. We'll be buying my glasses elsewhere but will definitely continue going to Dr. Golden.
