In fact I received 4 text messages yesterday confirming my appointment for today. I arrived 15 minutes early as that's what they require. I went up to the pharmacy, waited for someone to get off the phone, and told her I was here for my Covid vaccine. She shook her head and said they didn't have any. She also said she called everyone to let them know. I received no phone call. She said they ran out yesterday morning. I received all 4 text confirmations after they ran out. She said she called everyone, then looked at her list and said maybe she missed it. WTF? I drove almost 1/2 hour each way to this non existent appointment. This was beyond ridiculous.

Oh no, I am here waiting over 35 minutes. Pharmacist. Says he has to wait for the safe to open, I ask how long will that be , he says he don't know but should be very soon. Sounds like BullS--t story to me! Store manager response is oh well. But here I wait while they just ignore me. Worst place ever, moving all of my prescriptions to CVS.

Pharmacy in the back, and looks like they also do some minor things like shipping and maybe photos (couldn't tell if that part of the store was open).

This is the one that shares the same plaza as Bottle King. This was my first time at this CVS location. I thought the inside of the store is much larger than how it appears while driving down Mount Pleasant. The aisles are tidy, organized, and well-stocked - lots of seasonal items and an interesting local history book rack by the pharmacy in the back. The only con was perhaps the pharmacy hours (opens 11am on Sundays); but this location does offer drive-thru services, which the one on S. Livingston Ave does not.

Items are delivered as close to the door as possible. I would recommend Eagle Rock Pharmacy to the fullest!! Eagle Rock Pharmacy cares about each person's prescription and situation. It may sound odd to hone in on this one detail, but the card section at this CVS location is very good - it has a wide selection of cards. There's also a photo studio here also. There is additional parking in the back of the shopping plaza lot and an other entrance to the CVS at the back as well.

Filled out the online forms for CVS which took the better part of 15 minutes and included uploading pictures of my insurance card and having to navigate back and forth across numerous pages to find availability. After taking an afternoon off to get my booster shot I was informed that my chosen location doesn't have the Moderna vaccine. I was also told that I would need to go through the same process to schedule my second Singrix shot after just walking in and receiving my first. CVS LOVES surveys. If I walk in there, buy a pack of gum and leave, they want to know all about my experience. My experience sucked. Getting a vaccine should be easy and if you're looking for quick, easy and painless head over to Sears. No appointment necessary and they're nice as could be. I'll be seeing my doctor for my second Shingles shot, as well.

There's some work on the sidewalks, so I turned into the CVS plaza from School Ave. The pharmacy staff working that day were friendly. The woman who helped me at the pharmacy register also rang up my store items that I had placed down on the counter, which was a big help for me. This store is tidy, and shelfs are organized and well stocked. Nice seasonal item section also. I would come back again if in the area and in need of a CVS. NOTE: This is also a Drive-Thru CVS location if you need.

And, they offered free delivery, even though I'm 20 minutes away. The delivery driver was sharp, polite, and very well spoken.
