They have made such a calmness in my life over the big pharmacy like cvs and wallgreens. Morris Plains Pharmacy Always gets my order right and are a pleasure to deal with. Their driver is great too. They have made my life so much easier. They have never made a mistake which the larger chain pharmacies used to do on a regular basis. I definitely recommend them.

All were on the website within minutes and began processing. Five were shipped within two days. 4 were listed as "problem with payment". I called, got through in less than one minute, and agent explained they do that when the co-pay is high and want to be sure of patient approval. I approved, and the remaining prescriptions are now being processed for shipment. The pharmacy tech I spoke to and the customer service rep I spoke to were bright, pleasant and helpful. And, unlike other healthcare companies I have dealt with, they were not in a third world country and reading from a script.

My doctors office has submitted required information a few times now that shows that I meet their clinical requirements for the medication. The prior authorization staff, process, and/or system seems to keep on screwing up and cannot find the information submitted, and they reject the request. I have been on the phone with CarelonRX and my doctors office at the same time, and CarelonRX still cannot get it done. Both me and my doctors office have spent hours on this, on such a simple thing, which is insane. I am beyond frustrated, and am now already late on my medication.

I called their overnight phone line being promised a 15 min response twice, they didn't return the calls that night; when I called again the next day, their only response was "that happens, it's how it came from the wholesaler, that's normal"... I had to press very hard to get them to have me ship the medication back, then for them to send replacement... I had never heard of a pharmacy trying to convince patients to use open sealed medication before... what a horrible place! I would avoid at all costs!!!
