Liz Bayer was recommended to us albeit with a word of caution by those referring us, that she does things her way and can be quite brash. We should have taken this word of warning and pursued a different broker. Brash doesn't begin to describe the way Liz treats her clients. Liz does not listen to what you want but will do what she thinks is the best for you based on her assumptions without confirming any financial information. When you ask about the different products available Liz will become confrontational and condescending, telling you that she knows best as she is the expert, an expert does not lock you in on a rate for a loan you do not qualify for because you have too many assets that she did not bother to verify instead of assuming we did not have any. She then proceeded to share our dissatisfaction and ultimately our choice not to proceed with her with the people who recommended us, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, if not bordering on illegal. With the large amount of brokers available, I advise you to look elsewhere same as the person who recommended her to us tried to tell us. read more
