With construction season, it can be a little tricky getting to their place of business. Veteran customers know how to finesse the construction barrels. The service is great here! I love that they have a drive-up window for drop-off and pick-up. I recently had four dresses cleaned. For pick-up they even offered to bring them out to my car and hang them in the back seat. On another occasion, I brought two jackets to them for cleaning that they expressed concern because they were multi-color and had never been cleaned before. One was a white jacket with royal blue trim and the other was just the opposite, which was royal blue with white trim. The concern was whether the colors would bleed onto the white. The jackets were cleaned just fine. The only problem was that some of the pearl buttons were scorched. The business does have a warning disclaimer behind the counter about decorative items on clothing. The buttons are still white. The scorching is not very noticeable to the average person unless they are looking closely at the jackets so I have continued to patronize this business. When it comes to value for their service, I wish they would post their pricing so I can plan accordingly for my costs ahead of dropping my items off. Note: You pay when you pickup your items. You are charged a service fee if you use a credit card versus cash.

She accused me of lying, saying the rust stains THEY CREATED, were on the shirt when I brought it in. The shirt has been worn one time, for a couple or hours, and was in perfect condition when taken in. She's stated it's our fault and she will not replace the shirt under any circumstances. This is not a place I will ever do business with again and hope it stops you from thinking it "won't happen to you" after reading several of the same review with this issue.

I needed my pants taken in and my sleeves of my jacket brought in a bit. Measurements were very quick and I was given a date of two weeks later. I was offered earlier but I was months out from the wedding so I was in no hurry. Someone before me needed their suit within the week so I hope I helped a bit by sending myself to the bottom of the list. When I picked it up, I was asked to go in through the Dry Cleaning entrance. I was given my suit, tried it on, and if I had any questions or concerns, to ask the woman working at the front desk. All fit perfectly so I packed it all back up and left. Great price too!
