She gave us a pre warning on how things would likely go and as I said she kept everybody moving forward. Things I needed to do, the bank, and anyone else involved in the process. It has been a few months and I still feel good about everything. I am trying to think of any negative that I experienced and it just is not coming to my mind. My guess is the other agents would give similar service that we received from Rosie.

Yes, a 15 amps can handle 1800 watts but capacity for continuous use to prevent overheating and potential tripping of the breaker should be kept in mind. Very sad

I would be fine with it if it was a new lease but adding additional fees that were not agreed upon just seems unethical. The rent is already much higher that similar buildings. I moved into a new place that is exactly the same for $400 less without the additional fees. They also never respond to my emails. My apartment flooded multiple times ruining everything underneath my sink.
