Her attention to detail is phenomenal, especially when it came to all the little things I told her I wanted -- like my very specific request for our photos to feel grand and epic, but also romantic lol. She was always available by text or phone whenever we had questions or concerns. Weeks after our engagement shoot, I noticed something off about my dress, and she had edited photos back to me within hours to help solve the issue. Kat has such a vibrant energy about her that makes the photoshoots so fun! And that's before even getting to her incredible photography skills. She knows all the hidden gems around the city, how to navigate crowded locations to get THE shot, and how to capture a wide variety of moments while maintaining incredible quality. Roland was very responsive in all of our communications in the planning process. Rescheduling our wedding twice due to Covid was a stressful experience (to say the least) but Roland made sure that photography was not one of the elements we had to be concerned about. I'm convinced that Roland and Jane have superpowers because somehow they were always where they needed to be throughout the night. For many of our photos I commented that I had no idea that they were where they had to be in order to capture the shot. Many of our guests also commented on our amazing photographers throughout the night. Lastly, but most certainly not least, we received a handful of photos a few days after the wedding and received the rest a couple weeks earlier than promised. Every single photo captures the joy of the day; Roland's ability to capture candid moments in particular is unrivaled. His use of natural light is beyond impressive. The fraud department of our bank later stopped a charge of $10,400.00 that Rudy had put through on my credit card! When confronted, he claimed he hit the wrong numbers on a keypad. He also tried to provide a disk of some images he had taken. He put a fake eyelash on one of them but otherwise did not touch up the few photos he took. I told him that this was unacceptable. Now I am dealing with my bank to try to make sure Rudy's charge is removed. I do not recommend this business. Post-script: Rudy is still trying to collect money from us. I am now going to have to sue him to stop his charges.
