Not only did they give us a great price, they paid amazing attention to detail leading up to the big day. They both spent a lot of time and back and forth with us to ensure we were on the same page as far as what type of pictures we wanted, with who, how many, etc. These ladies are very friendly and easy to work with, and have since become personal friends. On the big day, and days leading up to it, they were above and beyond in making sure we were comfortable and getting the coverage we needed. Communication was a bit tough in Mexico seeing as our phones did not work, but they were readily available and willing to cooperate and get things done. On the day itself, they were professional, efficient, and did whatever it took to get "the shot", including Shannon practically laying in the water to get a beautiful angle of my wife and I standing on a beach cliff. She got nailed by a wave, but still got the shot, and did not care one bit! The most important part, of course, is the actual photographs, and they were AMAZING! Don't have a single complaint in the quality, the professionalism, and getting exactly what we wanted. The post-wedding transaction to get the photos was easy and straightforward, with Shannon supplying a nice wooden box with a thumb drive, and all of the photos readily available on her website.
