Had an issue with our well pump on a Sunday night. They took my call on a Sunday night and were out here the next morning, which was an exceptional response time given the holidays. Mr. Lizana assessed our situation and gave us a path forward. His approach was conservative to ensure that we did just what needed to be done. Ultimately, It was determined that we needed a new pump and he had us fixed up by the very next morning. Very quick response time. Very reasonably priced. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND! I called them this morning at 7am about my well pump not pumping water. I am NOT educated on well pumps. He coordinated with me a time to meet at my house where I did not have to completely miss an entire day of work and communicated efficiently. He came to my home, was friendly, efficient, and I was comfortable around him. My husband was at work and there is always that worry about this. He took the time to educate me on how to prime a well pump (this is all that was wrong) and educated me more on things to look out for. I wish the guy who installed the pump in 2018 would have taken this time. He is absolutely courteous and had my pump going within 30 minutes. His final price was WELL below what I was anticipating paying. To sum it up... excellent service, excellent customer service, and will 100% use again! He is now in my phone as "well guy".
