We were referred by our real estate agent and are so grateful. Gerard came out to help install faucets when we installed new countertops. there were some issues with fit but he had the experience to find work arounds and took care of everything beautifully. also looked at another problem i mentioned and resolved quickly. cheerful and professional. we called again when we had plumbing problems, and he arranged to come out that afternoon, in spite of other appointments. in the end, diamondhead water and sewer came out and resolved first - it was their problem. gerard was cheerful and happy for us when i called back. we've spoken about another issue we're looking for with outside faucets, and he proposed a reasonable and cost effective solution.
